I\'m New and can\'t wait to find Buddies!

HI!
I just signed up a few days ago. I can't wait to find some buddies!...I am a stay at home mom right now--soon to go back to work though .* But for now I am trying to get back into watching what I'm eating, and trying to bring exercise back into my life (with as little pain as possible)
My weight past:* I've always been over-weight, but I've reached my all time highest and I have gotta stop it now, for good this time!* I have tried every kind of diet out there...including the Jenny Craigs, low carbs, high carbs....but I've always found it really really hard to STICK with it .* This time I am trying a new approach...not to DIET but to make a life style change...keeping the proteins, carbs, calories in general in check with a balance of fresh foods .* Exercise is my main flaw--I just don't do it, trying to change that too.

Well, that is a little about me...I hope to find some buddies out there so we can help motivate each other
