Default Diet Help

HELLO THERE MY PROBLEM IS EATING THE WRONG FOODS ESPECIALY WHEN IT COMES TO VEGGIES. MY BEST BET IS COOKING THEM THATS ABOUT THE ONLY WAY I CAN EAT THEM. BUT REALLY NEED HELP WITH MY DIET IT IS JUST HORRIBLE. IT ALSO NEED A BUDDY TO EXERCISE I HAVE NONE IM USUALLY BY MYSELF.I NEED SOME TYPE OF MOTIVATION. HELP ME PLEASE....... LOL

Hello!* Well, you've certainly found a very resourceful website for helping with your eating.* Check out the forums.* There are always great ideas for both exercise and recipes.* If you have an easier time with cooked veggies, try steaming them or grilling them (great for summertime) with some yummy seasonings!* Best of luck finding what works for you!

Hello... I have tried EVERY diet, and program out there minus a couple I just didn't want to do.* Honestly it REALLY comes to down to feeding your body...on a consistant basis..meaning 2 to 3 hours a day SMALL <--meals (it sucks...but it works) 1/2 protein & 1/2 carbs about the size of your palm...and eat AT LEAST 2 good portions of veggies a day ...I buy the pre made in the bag ones and steam them no cutting...yippee! FORCE the water down (buy a sport bottle a BIG one...and drink 2 YES 2 a day no matter what!
And YOU MUST excersise I just started a*program called UBC which is a 10 WEEK kickboxing program (you have no idea how long it took me to get back to working out (read my blogs) anyway...this program has helped me so so much click here to see if there is one in your area?
