Default move it and lose it wk Oct 5th

Hello everyone,
ready to keep moving to get this wt off!!! Anyone feel free to join us!!
Sue good for you for getting that workout in despite still being sick

Sun- 3 mile charity walk( then prob close to 2 miles after that- dragging myself to a place a coworker wanted to go to lunch.)
Mon- 20 min slow belly dancing isolations( both knees hurting a bit today-resting up for class tomorrow
Tues- belly dancing 1 hr (knee held up)
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 35 min walk,( had to drage along for some reason but did it)
Fri none travel day
Sat-trying for walk,maybe moving mom's outdoor furniture.

I took a much needed rest this weekend, although I did spend all day Saturday at the zoo (from 11-5) walking around.

Mon-none
Tues-none
Wed-cycle 1 hr/train 1 hr-DONE
Thurs-cycle 1 hr/weights 1 hr
Fri-off-Sea World
Sat- 5K charity walk

Hi, can I join you in this?

Monday: 25 min. weight training
Tuesday: 60 min. Tae Bo
Wednesday: at least 30 min. walking or jogging
Thursday: 45 min. weights
Friday: at least 40 min. cardio
Sat: jogging

That's roughly my plan for the week! I'm trying to increase my weight routine. I'll probably add some ab work to most days too.

P.S. Just finished 60 min. of Tae Bo!

My plan for this evening's workout was running, but I got rained out! Instead I did Tae Bo (30 minutes) and my abs. Tomorrow is a very busy day, lots of running around, but I am determined to fit in a workout anyway.
