Hello everyone,
ready to keep moving to get this wt off!!! Anyone feel free to join us!!
Sue good for you for getting that workout in despite still being sick
Sun- 3 mile charity walk( then prob close to 2 miles after that- dragging myself to a place a coworker wanted to go to lunch.)
Mon- 20 min slow belly dancing isolations( both knees hurting a bit today-resting up for class tomorrow
Tues- belly dancing 1 hr (knee held up)
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 35 min walk,( had to drage along for some reason but did it)
Fri none travel day
Sat-trying for walk,maybe moving mom's outdoor furniture.
