Hi, just wanted to say hello on my first day here. I am looking for NH buddies but anywhere in the country too. I am 44 years old and in the last 13 months, I've lost 190 pounds......I have Graves Disease which is a thyroid disease. It caused me to gain 150 pounds but after realizing I can't eat as much as someone who has a normal functioning thyroid, the weight started coming off. I exercise a lot and watch my portions.
