Default Move it and lose it-Wk of Sept 28th

This is a big week for me, since it's the last week of the training challenge I'm in and as of last week I was the biggest loser (lol with like 5 lbs...not saying much for this challlenge). So since it's fall break, I'm not only charting what I'm going to do, but when I'm going to do it:

Sun 9/28- OFF-sick
Mon 9/29-9:30 am cardio 30 min; training 1 hr. DONE
Tues 9/30-OFF-sick
Wed 10/1-OFF-sick
Thurs 10/2-5:30 AM-cycle 1 hr; weights 20min; abs 30 minDONE
Fri 10/3-cycle 9-10; training 10-11DONE
Sat 10/4-9am cardio 45 min; weights 30 min; abs

Hello everyone,
Sue thanks for starting this,
whoo hoo about 5lbs gone. looks like a good schedule that you have.
Rain is playing havoc w/ training for the walk I'm doing next Sunday, oh well will do the best i can

Sun- weather playing tricks- got 30 min strider instead
Mon 30 min walk( nice to be outside for a change)
Tues- belly dancing class 1 hr 15 min
Wed rest day
Thurs- 1 1/2 hrs belly dancing
Fri tooo busy w/ errands, got home late
Sat- 2 mile walk
