Morning ladies,
Long day yesterday. Got on my bike and tried to ride away some soreness...although most of it was in my abs, so I took an abs class before hand. Last night ds had a skating party for his school. It was very much fun, and I enjoyed getting a glimpse of other kids in the k-4 classes. And I skated for about an hour, so that's extra calorie burn

My ankle was screaming at me last night, so I iced it and took some advil, and it's not bad at all this morning. Good to know, since ds was talking about skating more often
Terry, I know you're probably getting ready for Hannah. Take cover and get your supplies. Hope ds has evac'd already and is heading home. I hear they expect it to pick up speed a bit today and be back to hurricane status.
Lizzy-almost there, I hope you don't get too much wind up there.
Allison-I don't use IE (not a microsoft girl

but firefox does the tabs thing too, and I got used to it, and now quite like it. You can always go to ms.com and download the old version of IE. Also you can save your favorites in a file so if that happens again, you've got them and you can just import them. You just go to "file" and then "import and export" and choose a place to save them. I do this periodically, just in case. I never know when dh is going to hand me a new computer that I have to get used to all over again and set up all my stuff, lol. Downsides of living with king geek.
Ok, gotta run...wake the boy, get to the gym, and then work, work, work. Didn't get a darned thing done yesterday with dh working from home.
Lori-if you check in, I'm sending you an email.
Peaceout,
Sue
