hope all is well w/ everyone!! Had some severe cramps last night , so was on and off sleep for most of the night. weird dreams too. oh well. did get a short walk AND some strider in last night. just wish I could boost up the cardio, but dont want to screw up the knee.

Good morning Girlies! Where is everyone this morning? I actually went to make sure there was not a dupe thread - I am never the second one to post. Last night was a long one - DS was running a high fever that did not want to go even with a bath and ibuprofen and tylenol. Poor little guy was even saying crazy things. Thankfully the fever is down to about 101 this morning and he is playing with his cars a little. No other symptoms -just the fever. DD just left for camp, so we will just take it easy today.

No new word on DH's grandmother. Thank you for all the thoughts and well wishes. Hopefully it will not be drawn out.

Lizzy~ Take care of that knee -you don't want to do more damage. Hope you are feeling better this evening. Sorry the tech people weren't helpful.

Cheryl~ I did not know you led meetings. I feel privileged to have so many leaders amongst my midst.

Lorena~ I love Costco... but it would be more fun to go with you and Barb!!

Xan~ Vegas sounds like fun, but trouble waiting to happen!! Good thing what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

Good morning everyone. Not much going on here today. Hubby came home last night and we went out for some exercise. It is pretty funny, we don't actually exercise together. He goes out for a bike ride...and I take the dog for a jog....(I am up to a little over 2 miles without stopping....along with the 1 mile that I walk to warm up and get the dog pottied.)....but we do get eachother out there. He has lit a fire under his butt recently because he is now less than 25 lbs away from his goal. He can actually see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Today, I am subbing a WW meeting today as a receptionist.....really far away ( I get paid mileage). After the meeting I am heading over to macy's to refill on some cosmetics, then I am going to hit a yoga class on the way home. I know....exciting life....wahoo!

Emily- It never ends...met my work goals yesterday but still have a 900 word essay to write..my goal is 450 words today and the rest tomorrow....Send me some pictures too of the P90X pretty please! Sucks about Mateo. Hope he's better today. Tyler has had the never ending cough and I made him an appointment today but they can't see him until Monday.

So today, my plan is to stay home and write, hopefully go to kickboxing at 530, and then tonight my DH has a game and they're BBQ'ing. Tonight I will not drink or eat! I will eat before we go or only have fajita meat! No chips etc. I have been perfectly OP's for 3 days now so I don't want to blow it now! Weigh in Monday..that's enough to make me stay on track!

Good morning ladies! So I actually had ladies stay for the meeting last night, yippee!!! I was so happy! There were 5 that stayed!!!

Emily: I guess I should say I am a sub, but I still get all the information and stuff like that. I don't really do the receptionist part all that much I just do the meetings about once a month. I try to make it fun for my girls, when they stay! No one likes being read to, unless you are under the age of say, 5!

Lorena: how lucky are you to have a DH that likes to workout with you, wish mine did!

Allison: stick to your guns girl, stay P.O.P! That is my plan for the week as well! Have a good day!

Lizzy: yuck on the cramps, hope you feel better. Take care of that knee too!

Its not so much "with me" as it is "at the same time"....he rode by me once last night...then the next time I saw him was at home. But....it works. He has bad knees so jogging is out of the question for him. As long as he does something, that is what is important to me.

Crikey just lost my post! GRR.....
Anyway got up and went spinning today! Feel great and was able to stand up more! Pushed myself a bit more today until my left knee started burning! Ouch! Feels better now. I have a plan for my vacation and am going to try to do some jogging on the sand! Gotta keep up this momentum!

had a rough time at the dentist with Holly yesterday. She totally freaked out when the dentist tried to give her a shot to numb her mouth. He was able to do it and then kept having to wait until she stopped crying! Uggg. he was only able to do a temporary filling. The tooth is being gripped tight by the nerve root and he said if it doesn't loosen up in 6 months he will have to extract it. Yipes! he did say that she was so upset that maybe it would be best for her to be put under! Yipes again! I think that is best anyway, she gets herself too wound up and then tenses everything. Poor baby. Looks like we are in for some rough times there!

Going to work a bit this am and then see if the girls want to see a movie later!

Lorena~ Holly will be at a brand new school this year and they are always looking for teachers and subs! Come on down! I'm wanting to go see the new shopping center they have off the 101 and Northern. I hear they have a Children's Place and other stuff! There is so much they are building around us right now!

Hola Loves!

I have a new found appreciation for water! To my surprise I got home late last night to find my water had been shut off, after tons of sparks flying, it was a mistake on the towns part at my particular house...my night was shot pretty much! They did come and fix the problem but it was late. Okay little chickies..have a great day!

Lizzy~Good job on the workout, don't forget to drink some H2O, it's gonna be HOT this weekend it seems.

Em~ Poor little guy, hope he feels better, it's probably viral. I'm still Jammin' thanks to you! I've picked up more jogging on the weekends too.

Yeah I felt bad for her but then I told her if she just let him do the work we would have been outta there faster! She really freaked even when she saw him walking down the hall she started crying! Yipes!

Ok the girls just suggested we hit the mall today so I guess that's where Im headed and tonight I'll just have to work some!

I know they have a Paradise Bakery there, I might have another salad and no chippers! Just say no Barb! (sorry talking to myself again!)

Lorena: if only my DH would get up out of his chair after he got home. I would love it if we all rode bikes together, he has bad knees as well. One day maybe.

Barb: I will be getting my workout in later this evening, the boys felt it necessary to sleep in this morning so there went my getting to the track idea! Oh well I WILL GET IT DONE!

Liz: they did the exact same thing to my cousin a few weeks ago, it seems the people next to him didn't pay their bill and our "wonderful city employees" turned the wrong water off! Let me tell you he was all kinds of mad.
