Default move it and lose it wk of july 13th

Ok trying to do the best I can w/ knee and ankle
probably 4 days this week

Sun- 1/2 hr walk am, 1/2 hr walk pm
Mon 10 min strider before knee started to kill
Tues- prob none late dr's appt
Wed 20 min walk/plus 20 min strider yeah me!!
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri travel day
Sat- am- just shy of 4 mile walk, walked @ the fair 1 1/2 hrs. then slow walk w/ mom in the evening

LET'S DO THIS!!

Sunday ~ 47 mins. jog/walk treadmill / 90 bicycle crunches
Monday ~ 40 mins. jog/walk treadmill / 10 min for abs / 20 push-ups
Tuesday ~ 20 mins.TJ & 20 TJ Abs / 20 push-ups
Wednesday ~ Bad Night..20 push ups and 60 crunches
Thursday ~ Nada...bad tummy..BLAH
Friday ~
Saturday ~

Impressive Liz! Great workout yesterday!

Giddy up! I'm in for the week!

Sunday: 1 mile run walk; 20 minutes

Monday: 60 minutes spinning class; am 10 push ups!

Tuesday:1 mile incline dreadmil workout; 20 minutes. am 10 push ups!

Wednesday:Off day! Nothing not even push ups!

Thursday: 60 minutes spinning class: 10 am push ups!
Friday:
Saturday:


Let's sweat some buckets this week!

My hat off to you senorita for that hour spinning class...I'm tired thinking about it.

Edit~~I just saw you did it at 5:00a.m.?! HOLY COW WOMAN! AWESOME!! I have to workout after work

some weird chick in HS always used to say, "Get your act and move it", I'll borrow that from her and no I wasn't the weird chick! LOL!
