hello everyone
not much @ the moment here. Going in a bit early to set up my cubicle for the day. Ankle is a bit sore to the touch, @ least the knee hasn't started to hurt this morning...yet. I know wt is a big factor right now,so that is why it's frustrating I can't exercise like I should. Just taking it day by day.

Quickie for me...I have a few assignments to wrap up today so I need to get started while Ashley and her friend are sleeping..Tyler is up but I can still concentrate when it's just him...usually...Tyler has a pretty bad cough so I am not sure if I will make it to the gym...may be a walking DVD day. Gotta run!

Up and ready to type my fingers off today! Wanna make some extra $$$ for our trip in two weeks! I can't believe July is flying by too! Pretty soon I'm going to have to get shopping for back to school clothes! uggg!
Ended up getting a pretty cute pair of glasses yesterday. I tried to go the cheapo route and pick some other frames but Chy and the girl helping us kept pointing out that they just didn't fit right! Sheesh! I thought they were ok! Anywho, the gal told me if I didn't have insurance everything done yesterday would have been 752.00 for me and 742.00 for Chy! Can you believe that? Wow! I had to pay 122.00 yesterday and when we pick up our glasses it's another 100.00. Not bad for two exams, pictures of our eyes (something new to check our health of our eyes) and frames, plus the co pay. Can you tell I'm trying to convince myself? LOL! I'm glad we did the pictures though with all that trouble my mom had a couple of years ago with her almost detached retina, wanted to see if that was in my future! Luckily nothing was seen! and of course the insurance didn't pay for that test!

So that's my life today! Working and then working out tonight. We went to the community center last night to work out but I only did 20 minutes, DH did the next 20 minutes while I swam with Holly. He is worrying me, he wants to lose more weight and he is already thin! I told him he was getting obsessed and that if he lost anymore he would make me look fat! LOL! or fatter! Men! Sheesh!

Allison~ Hi there! How was the gym yesterday?

Anna~ Hey did you take a wrong turn last night? I was saving some rice for you! LOL! I just saw a picture of Hollywood and it was foggy! I miss fog.......put those sneakers on today girl! You can do it!

Ok I'll be back, gotta go figure out my menu for the day. I think DH has a meeting after work and I have nothing to make. I might make a garden bake and have that...need to raid my cabinet!

OMG Barb, I thought $644 for Billy and Brett was ridiculous. I am getting only $135 back on Billy's $544 and $35 back on Brett's $100 so I think vision insurance sucks right now! LOL
Well TOM arrived bright and early this morning, TMI, but dammit I want you all to feel my pain! LOL
Trying to stave off the munchies. My mom got the Tunguska Slim that I am selling, but she forgot she had it and didn't use it yesterday. So she's starting that today and I'll let you girlies know how it works. I took the Relieve last night and slept for 6 straight hours after going to bed, no muscle stiffness waking me up... I think I like this stuff.
Gotta go pay bills! YUCK!

Lizzy: I sure hope the ankle gets better soon! Have fun arranging your cubicle. Is your company starting the "new" cubicle thing where it's actually pods so you can see each other and discuss and stuff?

Allison: Have fun with the assignments. Hope Tyler starts feeling better. Nothing worse than summer colds for the little guys!

Barb: I thought about school clothes yesterday! Yipes, it's sneaking back up on us. I think we are going to that big outlet mall on Las Vegas Blvd when we go to Vegas in July.

That reminds me. I don't think I have told you girlies that a bunch of us from here, 9 women, are going to Vegas July 28-31. Wish you girlies that I love so much could come with us! Watch for us on Cops in September! LOL

LOL Xan, will you be the one in a bikini on the strip being busted by the cops? I'll be sure to check it out! Silly! Yipes about your vision insurance, ours is pretty good, we had 150.00 off of frames and of course Chy choses the most expensive ones at 280.00! Brat!

UGH! Just lost a long post.... Anyway, I missed all the fun ysterday while I was at the dentist. He was only able to finish one tooth, so I have to go back to get two old cavities fixed.

Did get Hip Hob Abs in yesterday and the knee did pretty well. My hamstrings are still a little tight, but I am going to go back to P90X today. I think as long as I take it easy I will be fine. I have said many times that working out sets the tone for my eating. My diet has been pretty ugly the past few days, so I need to get back to working out.

DH's grandmother rallied a bit last night and ate some dinner. This may sound mean, but I am afraid we may be in for a long road. My MIL said they are not planning on calling in hospice right now. They feel that hospice is too intrusive. So, MIL is trying to care for her mom which entails pushing food and drink despite the fact that her mom keeps telling MIL that she want to be left alone and just wants it to be over. The doc has told MIL there is nothing else they can do. Is it terrible that I just think let the poor woman go?

Okay enough of that... time forme to take DD to friend's house and get some stuff done before swim meet this evening.

Lizzy~ Hope move went smoothly today. glad knee is good. hopefully ankle will follow suit soon.

Allison~ I have been meaning to let you know I could see that you signed up, but it doesn't tell me your screen name to add you as a buddy. Can you let me know your screen name? I love wowy and seeing all my x's when I work out. Maybe one of these days I will win some $ or a prize! You do not have to buy a video - you can do any workout! Good lluck on the assignments today. Hope Tyler is better.

Barb~ Keep those fingers typing. BTW... I was rooting for Petrozza too. But, I have to agree that this was not the best cast this season.

Yeah the cast wasn't that good this time around. I just love 'chef' though and can't wait to his next program, Kitchen Nightmares! I love watching that one too! Good luck with your workout, take care of that knee and don't overdo it!

Ok having breakfast, I had forgotten how much I like Kashi Go Lean cereal! LOL! Only had 1/2 cup though so I need to change my menu (yet again!)

Quickie for me...just finished my work and thinking about going to the pool.. the sun is out... I know Tyler has a cough but maybe a little fun in the sun is just what he needs! No sooner did I type that it got cloudy again.....definitely need to go to Costco today for milk and samples..lol
