Ok im looking for a buddy here that I can keep in contact with via email EVERY SINGLE DAY! The book I been reading specifically stresses that if you have someone you are accountable to and report to daily, your chances of motivation for exercise and weight loss are much better.

I would prefer this person be a male because I think a guy would understand more of what I go through as a "Fat man". Like I said this needs to be an every day communication between the two of us where we report in with each other and share progress, tips, etc.

Please, serious people only as I am very serious right now about losing this weight!
