hello everyone,
so ready to get back to regular exercise routine again!!!
*** edit 7/9 ankle still bothering me a bit, will do the best I can for the rest of the week
Sun- over 1 hr walk around 2 1/2 miles
Mon- 30 min strider w/bad ankle
tues none day off due to ankle
wed- tried my best today, slow walk 15 min(sneaks not a good idea still right now) did 10 min pilates for belly, but was affecting my knee(same leg as the bum ankle

) so had to do a lot of improvising. gotta keep healthy, gotta help majorly clean mom's house, rental ending on Saturday.
thurs 30 min strider
fri none travel to mom's
sat- 2 walks about 1 hr 1/2 total
