Default move it and lose it wk July 6th

hello everyone,
so ready to get back to regular exercise routine again!!!
*** edit 7/9 ankle still bothering me a bit, will do the best I can for the rest of the week

Sun- over 1 hr walk around 2 1/2 miles
Mon- 30 min strider w/bad ankle
tues none day off due to ankle
wed- tried my best today, slow walk 15 min(sneaks not a good idea still right now) did 10 min pilates for belly, but was affecting my knee(same leg as the bum ankle ) so had to do a lot of improvising. gotta keep healthy, gotta help majorly clean mom's house, rental ending on Saturday.
thurs 30 min strider
fri none travel to mom's
sat- 2 walks about 1 hr 1/2 total

***edit, so i picked my blisters this week and my feet have been raw.
i finally felt good enough to put on some socks and tennies.

I'm in!

Sunday: 0

Monday:am 10 push ups (they are getting easier!) 20 minutes dreadmill; 7 minutes of that I ran! I paid for it last night in bed, my knee hurt horribly! Ouch!pm 10 push ups!

Tuesday:10 am push ups; 40 minutes dreadmill alternating walk/ run; 10 pm push ups!

Wednesday:10 am push ups; 20 minutes dreadmill 1 mile; pm 10 push ups!

Thursday:10 am push ups!

Friday: Off day!
Saturday:

Happy sweating gals!

So I've been doing push ups daily for about a week and a half, my arms are really showing it and they are getting easier! I'm suprised! And happy! Go guns! LOL

Sunday~ Nada
Monday~ 40 mins. jog/walk treadmill, push-ups & crunches 10 mins.
Tuesday~ 20 mins.TJ & TJ Abs, some weights for flabby arms
Wednesday~ FIRM Ultimate Calorie Workout & 60 bicycle crunches
Thursday~NONE (W-I)
Friday~ 45 min. jog in the park & 60 bicycle crunches
Saturday~

Liz, my TJ cd fell behind the tv and DH is being a creep and not moving the big tv for me to get it! GRRR.........might have to wait until my bil comes over!

So did you just drop and do them today? I have already done my push ups for the morning!

P.S our stats are like the same right now!

Yes, I know my "Drop Em" partner!! I hadn't done push-ups in awhile but started picking it up again, can't stand the flab, flapping in the wind You're doing really good!! I see you do some jogging on the treadmill too, feels good right?

Yep it feels great! I am gaining some stamina finally! Although it's hard when my mom is on the dreadmill next to me and she is running 20 minutes straight! GRRR...........LOL
