Albany, New York - Need Motivation Help

Hi all,
I am in Albany, Nw York. Life has taken a lot of twists and turns lately and I ant to gt my weight back undr control. I need a workout and activity partner to help me kick it into gear. I know myself and I know that I won't bail when I am meting someone for a workout , but if it is just myself then everything else becomes more important. I like going to the gym and outdoor activities. Thanks.
