Default Whatcha Eatin' Tuesday 6/24

Girls, I think I really need this accountability.

Breakfast: toast w/ spray butter

Lunch: Turkey sub and veggies

Supper: taco soup, potatos, cheese stick

Snacks: cucumbers, tomatoes, popcorn, pickles (not at the same time)

This will be around 23pts depending on how many 1/2 c. of potatos I get... I tend to go back, but I am planning for it.

I am also getting in at least 60 oz of water today.

That doesn't sound bad but although to me that sounds a little carb-y.

Carbs are my downfall, once I start I don't stop.

Goodluck!!!! Maybe have more of the cucumbers, and veggies than the breads and put lots of meat on the turkey sub. I find it helpful to take off the top layer of the bread and have an openfaced sandwich. It tasted the same and you get less carb and calories that way.
