Good Morning Ladies.

Tired here this morning.....Garrett palayed for another team last night and that game just never wanted to end. When I got home, since it was pretty chilly, I made a fire....Xan I am guessing a pit party is a party in the fire pit? LOL We even made mountain pies last night too. But now I am paying because we were out there late.
Jess and Devan had some decisions to make as both were asked to play tournament ball on their ASA and Pony teams...both decided to see if they made little league all stars and they did. So we have 3 playing all stars again this year. I a happy, but with the prices of gas, it is going to stink!

Food yesterday was not that great...I had massive cravings(tom) that I gave in to. Today is a new day though.

This evening Garrett's team has their last game and then it's a parents against kids game. Should be interesting.

Lizzy.......Here's hoping that the parade doesn't interfere if you have to go downtown!

Morning Girlies...

I am a bit of Miss Cranky pants this week and there are no hormones involved.

No DSL still, I have a feeling I''ll be packing it up and calling out my buddies the cable co. this week.

I had a board meeting last night for the "art council" we put on a show each summer in which Cory of course participates....anyway hustled my little butt to get them pricing on t-shirts approx...200 for the cast from one of my business associates, he came in 2 dollars cheaper per shirt than anyone else and the majority of the board picked another board members company...excuseeeeeeeeeee me but that my friends is a conflict of interest as the woman works there ....and oh my they were 2 bucks higher per shirt. I was peeved. Politics suck. vent over...life goes on. Can I say that I can't stand that woman, she's a real b and everyone but me is intimidated by her...ewww.

Lets see what else can I rant about? bleck, tired of hearing myself.

In general life is actually okay, still not used to living in this apt...I'm hoping one day I'll come home and feel like I'm home. I still feel like a visitor in a hotel. Maybe thats why I'm Miss Cranky.

Busy day for me...have a bunch of clients working until 9 tonight.

On the food front, I'm doing so so....eating a bit too much but making healthy choices. I'm stuck in the late at nite eating and have to knock it off...there is definately a corrolation to how I feel when I walk through my door here....maybe acknowledging this will help.

Okay cranky is out...have bills to pay and trainees to make sore today

Morning girls...wow was last night a hum-dinger...not even DS's fireworks but DD instead...not sure how or why it happened by she & DH got into a MAJOR arguement and they did not even speak without screaming and yelling for over 2 hours and he of course used the b/f as leverage against her and told her she was on 2 weeks of restriction which completely knocked her weekend plans out the water but long story short, I mediated after 2 hours of them going at it and finally DH & I rode off and left her to cry (although when we got back, I caught her on the phone with the b/f)...got them to make up and kiss and he told her that he would ease up on the restriction but she better walk a chalk line for the rest of this week..LORD HELP ME...wait until he sees the tatoo later today (DH is totally against them)!!!!! It is a barb wire tat but it is the semi-permanent one (not an airbrush type) and DS has promised me it will fade within 3-4 weeks and my brother said he went with him and he backs up the fading part of it. At least he did not come home pierced up as some of his buds did. They did not make it back in until almost 12:30 so it was close to 2 when I finally hit the bed and the clock went off for DH @ 3:45..UGGG!!! Talk about dragging ass today!!!! As for DS, he had a blast but said the trip was too long and that Cancun is as close to hell as he hopes he ever comes...some of the bars they went to evidently were horrid! He said that it was scenes straight from movies like "sex, lies, and videotapes" and "sin city". My brother agreed with him and said that unless DD's class asks them to go with them in 4 years..they will NEVER go back with a group of kids and he also said his 2 boys will NOT go on their Sr trips down there...

Okay gotta scoot..seems DS used his debit card over the weekend and it gave him over $100 in cash and he did NOT have that much in that account as we had changed everything over for college purposes so I gotta run make a deposit this morning for him.

Hey girls, have a funeral to go to this morning. One of our sorority members passed away over this past weekend. It's sad, but she was 90, it was bound to happen. She's one of the charter members (duh) so it's going to be packed with state people and she owned the only bar in town so there probably won't be many seats!
Today is WI and it better be good! I have been ultra good. I have journaled every day , used NO FP's, made excellent choices, got in alot of water, etc. Gotta scoot now the babysitter will be coming soon.

Lizzy: Congrats to Boston. Spent the better part of late night making fun of Billy for the routing LA took! LOL

Jen: WOOHOO to all those all-stars. Brett and Cheryl's son, Ian, made our team last night. Thank God we'll take Billy's work truck to the games, free gas!!! Let me set you straight on the pit party my dear, I'm afraid you're missing out! LOL A pit party is a keg/case/bottle party in a caliche pit. Caliche is hard rock/sand/clay. Around here they dig the pits into the fields for oil and gas purposes. They are just big, huge holes in the ground that you can hide in and party so the cops can't find you. Unfortunately they are in the freaking boonies and there are so many dirt roads here that look alike you can get very lost and actually run smack into the cops! LOL , not that that ever happened to me or anything. Small town, rural, NM life doesn't get any better than that.... isn't that just sad. LOL

Jilli: What a bitch! I can't believe she did that to you!! I truly do hope admitting things out loud will get you into a better frame of mind about your condo. At this point I think I would love to live in a condo... easy to clean, no yard effort, can't hoard too much stuff, ... trying to think of all the positives! LOL

Terry: Man that sucks about the "fighting". I am sure Tony's not really sure what to do about her right now. Dad's don't take well to daughters growing up! I am glad Jody had a great time. He thinks Cancun was bad, he should try northern Mexico where they are having border shoot outs literally everday!!! Crazy in Mexico right now!

Morning Girls! Been a busy week with DH gone. Had DD first swim meet last night. It was only in the upper 60'a so those poor kids were freezing. DD did a great job though. I am about to start P90X today!! I am a bit nervous as I have had some friends who have been in really good shape tell me it has made them sore. I may be in for some rough days ahead. But, I am ready if it brings the results. I will keep you guys posted.
