Default move it and lose it wk June 15th

Helllo everyone,
feel free to join in. I gotta keep accountable. In for @ least 4 days.

Sun- 30 min strider, icky weather couldnt get walk in
Mon- none dentist as far as I know
Tues- 30 min strider
Wed 30 min strider
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri- none travel day
Sat- hope for long walk @ mom's( result 2 walks over 40 min each)

I'm a little late but I wanna do what I can!

Sunday~ 1 hr. jog/walk in the park & crunches
Monday~ 20 mins. TJ & 20 minsTJ abs
Tuesday~
Wednesday~20 mins. Tj & 20 mins Tj abs
Thursday~
Friday~20 mins. jog treadmill & 30 mins TJ scuplt
Saturday~ 2 Hrs!! Jog/walk in park & more walking with DBF

I plan on working out the rest of the week!
