yo chicks...
well i am happy to report i am still doing a-ok...last night was a close call.
i had made this lowfat pork chop recipe in the crock pot, well when i got home
i checked it out and and the sauce looked curdled and the chops were a tad dry. i couldn't bring myself to serve it to the fam...so as i himmed and hawed over what to do i kept taking bites of rice, nuts and i had a few fritos. i decided not to cook and to go to jack in the box and my sick mentality went to the " you should just get a burger and fries and start fresh tomorrow" but i stood strong, got a chicken salad, took off the cheese and basically had chicken, lettuce and lime...and a tiny squirt of dressing.
as lame as it sounds i felt so undefeated when i was done.
so on to day 4. next step is to exercise...my arms are so chunky it's depressing.

Okay I am totally ready to scream...was looking through some of DS's paperwork for school and realized that he hadn't sent in his housing application..okay..no problem, he signed it all and had it filled out..I get to reading the fine print and it is talking about when to send the $250 non refundable deposit..I don't quite understand what it is saying so I look up on the website to see if I missed a sheet of info while printing out in May..new info flashing on website "housing is very limited..all monies and paperwork must be completed and turned in by 15th" which is Sunday..their office is closed Sat & Sun...I called down there and guess where I have to be by 8 am in the morning with all paperwork and money in tow and pray to God that he is still going to get a room...UGGGG!!!!!!!!!

On a better note..it is raining here!! Guess when it rains, it pours..LOL!!!! First rain this month--it is beautiful!!! Just hope and pray it is doing this 22 miles on down at my house!!!!!!

Also haven't heard a word from him....my brother called my nephews earlier but all he said to my mom was they were having a good time and it was hotter than h$ll down there!!!!

hey all add me to the busy bee list today. did a nice workout today and then had a pta breakfast meeting which was fine but then ended up going to lunch with chy and my mom, needless to sau i wont be having dinner lol! hope everyone is having a great day, check back in later ......b

work was busier than usual but still that's a good thing. Just finished up my strider exercise, now gotta pack for my weekly journey to mom's. Air much improved here. Still trying to get mom's house ready to rent for the summer. Despite the economy, she has all her weeks booked, in fact a lot of people booked for 2 wks.

I love ap's animal cop shows, gotta watch the detriot one, nyc and miami too
Lori- aww about the baby bird, I think I spooked a pair of robin's out of their nest yesterday, didnt realize they had created a nest under my porch. I almost got attacked when I went by yesterday.

no rain at our house...but at least some of the state got rain today...after I got home noticed that the college had been calling this morning..tried to call back but offices were already closed so left message that I was going to be at the housing place in the morning and left my cell #...I pray nothing else is wrong at this point...ugggg!
