Cool Whatcha Eatin - Tuesday June 10th

22 points for me

Breakfast:
1 cup purely o's - 2/2
1 cup mixed berries - 1/3
1/2 cup skim milk - 1/4
black coffee - 0/4

Lunch
leftover shrimp stirfry - 2/6
leftover asparagus - 0/6
1/2 cup FF, SF pudding w/ FF cool whip - 1/7

Snack - WW 1 pt bar -1/8

Dinner
Boca spicy chicken patty - 3/11
WW bagel - 2/13
1 slice WW cheese - 1/14
WW cheese curls - 2/16
Room for a snack before bedtime....

pudding

Here's what I've got going down today!

Breakfast:
Coffee
2 banana pancakes:2

Lunch:
mango pineapple smoothie: 3

Dinner:
hamburger patty:10 (yipes but they are yummy!)
wheat bun:2
lettuce/ red onion/ pickles
orville popcorn cakes:2

Dessert:
capaccino chip yogurt:

Have to figure out the dessert also!

Hey Lori, after many trips to Jamba juice and Robeks I came home and whipped one up myself!
Here it is

1/2 c. frozen vanilla yogurt
1 c. frozen mango
1 c. frozen pineapple chunks
1 c. or so banana pineapple juice
ice cubes!

I just blend all together. I'm estimating 3 points but I could be wrong. need to run it through WW point thingy! I know that Robeks is about 3 points for their small size which is pretty big!
EDIT: ok I just pointed it out and it is 3 points, the serving is for 2 so go ahead and enjoy! Yummo! perfect for this darn warm weather!enjoy
