things are busy-i need to make myself a priority again.
the more i do for others the less i focus on me...and i end
up fat, bitter and miserable with myself.

ok so thats my gripe...on to being OP and happy

Hey girls, just checking in from the east coast. Sorry about bringing the heat with me This is AWFUL. We were at the wedding over the weekend up in the Poconos and it was so wet and so hot. It's miserable today. Heading back on Thursday so it should cool down...and then it will heat up back there, lol.

It's been nice to be around family, but I'm looking forward to getting home and back to my routine.

Liz-I typed out a long post on June 2nd but lost my connection before it posted, and didn't feel like re-typing the whole thing, but suffice it to say, there is an awesome seafood restaurant at the Promenade Shops called Pacifico. If you like seafood and want a nice although pretty pricey meal, it's lovely. It's new, only only open for a few weeks. It's pimarily seafood, but there are other menu items, and it's got a latin flavor. Really, really yummy.

Lizzy-I'm so sorry about the battles with mom

Hello everyone,
work was a bit slow but was given a project that I could do in between calls so wasnt bad.
heat has dipped down but still pretty hot in the apt.will attempt to do strider and get that water in. Oh yeah looked i n my mail box and there was my package waaaaay in the back, oh my hope it wasnt there the entire time I was complaining. OOps, sent an email to the company advising that I got it.
so are my callie and former callie girls rooting for the lakers?

Jen- ugh about playing in that kind of heat. they should put in a by law about that, after all they are kids not prof athletes. gl w/ the walking partner

Terry - I vote for getting @ least a 1/2 day off. cool about wi
we just got rid of 3 days rain here before the past weekend

Allison- enjoy six flags, i have one up here a few hrs away, but haven't been in ages

Cheryl- love the cupful of rain, hope it cools off and you guys get some well needed rain

oh yeah speaking of my nephew's wedding, a week after the wedding, the banquet manager @ the place they got married got arrested in a racketering ring. thank goodness it didnt happen the week before!!!

Yea!!! I love see everyone posting! Still a few of us missing though.....Just got back from Six Flags. I definitely got some sun today. I look like a racoon. Oh well! I can live with that. I didn't want to eat the junk at Six Flags so I was famished when I got home and shoveled down a salad with black beans and FF cheese on it. Looking forward to settling in for the evening with popcorn and my ruby red crystal light and watching the Bacholorette and the Mole! Luv ya!

Just a quick check in before bed from me. I must say I think I should move to a warmer climate. I was so stinkin' hot today that I did not want to put anything in my mouth. I did eat some cool things like grapes, apples and broccolis slaw, but who can eat when you are sweating like a cow? It was so fun to get on here and see many posts today. I have missed you all! Sending out lots of hugs to all of you! "See" you in the morning!

I can't remember how to see everyone's posts while I'm typing so forgive me if I forget anyone....oh crud, I'm just going to say thank you for the welcome! I missed all of you. Can I just tell you that I am exhausted. I hate working out my cilents in this heat...my gym is cold but the air quality sucks. I had a two hour break, came home for Cory and he's going to hang with me while I train the last two later. I think an iced coffee is in order.

Now someone be kind enough to help this jersey girl figure out how to scroll.
