Move it and lose it wk june 8th
Hello everyone,
very achy all over,not sure what I'll do this week for exercise, body needs to recover.
*** edit 6/9 think I'll go for 4 again, did heating pad on my leg seems ok so far.( yipes about having a heating pad on w/ 90 plus degree weather.
Sun- slow 30 min walk
Mon 30 min strider
tues 30 min strider
Wed 40 min nature walk( was 8 ft away from a deer @ one point,a very cherished moment for 5 min)
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri- travel day
Sat- 2 walks, 1 40 other 30 min
