Cool Move it and Lose It - Week of June 1st

Alright friends...time for another week. I am pledging 5 days of activity this week.

Sunday:75 minutes of weeding, hoeing, etc for garden stuff.
Monday: 25 minutes biking
Tuesday
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:

Hello everyone,
snuck in a walk on saturday. Going for 4 again, lots of running around this week for mom.

Sun- 40 min walk
Mon 30 min walk
tues 30 min strider( was very tough was tired but got it done!!)
Wed - none dentist appt
Thurs 30 min strider
Fri travel day
Sat- will try to get a walk in despite all the stuff @ mom's to do!!
goal met- will try to get extra on Sat I hope

Have lots going on but I want to do at least something, I have too!

Sunday: 45 jog/walk treadmill & sit-ups
Monday: 20 mins. TJ & 20 mins TJ abs
Tuesday
Wednesday:
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:
