Morning girls...UGH, Mike woke me up at 4 to give Cooper some Motrin, he's had a fever since yesterday...so I figured I might as well get up since I'd have to at 5 anyway. The girls are leaving on a overnight camping trip for Girl scouts, should be fun for them.

Eating has been good! Sat with my 2 WW partners in crime at the teacher appreciation dinner the other night, and we all kept each other honest, it was cool, I would have just blown it if they hadn't been there, lol...

wow...so quiet around these parts
hope every one is doing well. we are in the midst of 100 degree weather-
personally i love it-those around me are bitching their heads off.

just made a good healthy op breakfast-once again vowing to get off this
vicous food roller coaster i seem to get stuck on.
that's about it for me, i need to catch up on some birthday cards/gifts and then i need to go into the office and work a bit. i really need to catch up
on paper work.

Nik-good job at the dinner. Always good to have friends to run the program with. Hope the girls enjoy the camping trip and little coop feels better soon.

Annabean-that's our next week. I have no problem with it either. I'm good til about 111. After that I get a wee bit cranky.

Got up and got on my bike first thing this morning wearing my fancy new heart rate monitor for the second day. I told dh and ds that they bought it for me for mother's day and my birthday lol. It's really cool, it monitors my heart rate and counts my calories per exercise session, for a week at a time, and then it resets itself on Sunday night. I can upload the exercise file to my computer if I want to save it. Niice to see how hard I'm really working. I burned 500 calories in one hour of riding this morning. Spent the rest of the morning at a pool party for one of ds friends. It was fun, but wearing a swim suit is not my favorite things right now Tomorrow is the laser tag birthday party, so I'll be at the gym again first thing tomorrow morning.
