Need a Buddy
Hello everyone,
I am starting my weight loss and fitness journey today. My goal is to lose 35 lbs. to get my weight down to 120. I used to be very athletic, and weighed around 115 lbs. through my late teens, twenties,*and early thirties. Then*I started packing on the pounds over the past 6 or*7 years. At one point last year I weighed in at an all time high of*172 lbs. I got down to 140 lbs. at the end of last year, and then relapsed. I quit smoking, and gained some of the weight back. I now weigh 155. My husband and I are investing in a treadmill on Tuesday. He also wants to lose between 15 and 20 pounds.
I am looking for a buddy to go through this journey with me. I am on a 12 week fitness plan. I have my weekly - daily*activity and progress charts set up. I am very excited to get started, and am so grateful I found this site. I look forward to meeting and getting to know many of you.
