Default Move it and lose it wk of May 4th

Hello everyone
should be able to check in from sis's place, pledging 4 days

Sun 30 min strider, then other session 20 min strider
Mon 30 min walk ( no prob w/ knee)
Tues 30 min walk (achoo allergies acting up too Barb)
Wed- prob not travel day
Thurs- 2 hr walk @ the mall,(boy my legs felt it) and a 1/2 hr walk this morning
Fri 45 min walk, then hauling decorations for sis for an hr
Sat- wedding-none

I'm late but I'm in!

Sunday~45 mins. jog/walk treadmill & crunches DONE
Monday~ Punch, Kick, Jam dvd-48 mins. DONE
Tuesday~ not sure with karate soo late?? just situps
Wednesday~Cardio Party and crunches DONE
Thursday~
Friday~
Saturday~
