I have not been in a good place mentally as far as weight goes here lately so I thought it best just to stay far away so as to not "yuck on anyone's WOW!" I am really struggling with my weight and I don't get it. But I am dusting myslef off and getting my head on straight. While I don't feel I have been off program, the pounds and ounces just keep sneaking on. I guess I have built up 0 tolerance for carbs. I am really trying to keep an eye on that and see what happens.

Glad to see things are going well for the most part for everyone. I will try to catch up more later. DH is home and already kind of getting on my nerves! UGH!! Oh well catch y'all later.

Good day to all. I have not been here in a while but glad to say I am back on track and doing well. I lost 4 pounds at weigh in last week and I am planning on a big loss again this week. Me and Carrie have a competition going on and a plan to pay $2.00 for every pound we loose and then at the end of the month whoever has lost the most weight between the two of us gets the pot. I hope that's me. I could use the money to buy me a new outfit or a cd or something. I cant wait to see who the looser is. I am glad to see you all doing well.


Jen: I seen where you got a new job. I am glad for you. I wish I could stay home and open a day care this town needs a good day care. We have nothing. I use to babysit for alot of people and I had two people ask me yesterday about quitting my job and opening a day care. I said yeah right. Well anyways good luck on the job and I hope you like it.

Hey girlies! Quick check in before I head to lunch with a friend. One more day of "vacation" before I travel home. Now that the tummy is feeling better I am trying not to gain back all the weight I lost while sick. It is beautiful here today so I did go ut and get a walk in this morning. BUT, I can see why everyone in the South is having allergy woes.

Oh girls my baby didn't pass but it's sort of mine and his fathers fault lol. Never have I heard of this new REQUIREMENT! you have to stop in the middle of the road look over your shoulder and back up for two car links. Ok Brandon backed up 2 car links perfectly fine but he started out looking over his shoulder then turned forward using his mirror which automatically failed him.
It's ok though, it keeps him off the street one more week and he'll know next time!

Angie love the competition. I know you love money so it will be a great plan for you! Carrie keep her working her fanny off. Got my work done today so I left early. going to get busy again tomorrow! UGH! Anyways, guess im going to go do something constructive for a bit. All this wind is causing me more limbs to clean up! 10 acres and quite a few tree's equals lots of clean up! Late check in for me...crazy 1/2 day at work being last of the month, then had a hair appnt and got a wild hair and cut it all off ..I was just so sick and tired of the frizz, poof and wildness of the long hair...told the girl to cut it up to my chin but she would only go to my neck in the back and chin across the front to make sure I was going to like it...she layered it all over and thinned it and it is straight right now but it can be a wash and go style hopefully if I can figure it all out since the natural curl will thrive with the layered cut. Probably never look like it does again after today but for today, I feel sexy and youthful !

So to add more stress to my life, DH headed to the doc today after trying to doctor his allergies himself for the past 3 weeks and has acute sinusitis and a touch of pneumonia in 1 lung..he is homebound for the next 4-5 days..Oh JOY!

Sue..I am taking XYZAL for right now. I just had my tablet for today. Did get a chance to chat with the nurse at the beauty shop(LOL) and she said I may can get adjusted to the zonk feeling if I hang in there for about a week.

Lizzy...DS got the graduation week schedule today--OMG! It is something everyday beginning that Sunday night with bacculeaurate (sp?), practices, award's night, senior class day, graduation wraps it up on Friday night. I am just squirming now at the thought of telling DH we have all this crap to go too when we were both thinking it was a one night deal. Have an "official" mandatory graduation meeting tommorrow night at the school to discuss all the ins and outs of the ordeal...should be interesting

Okay...off to get some snap peas shelled before I hit the sack--can't believe the garden is already coming in--good thing but I seem to be the only one that knows HOW to shell or clean anything around here
