Morning girlies! Rise & Shine It is 4:42 am on the east coast and all is well...LOL!!!

Had a dinner/meeting last night at all you can eat steak night--and I did not do bad at all...I think I am getting back on track with my thinking/motivation. I did not ever really eat lunch yesterday just snacked on what I had taken to work and then no snacking in the afternoon and even brought home some of my steak last night. Stuck totally with the salad bar, a potato (I ate about 2/3's), carmalized onions and mushrooms, steak and 1 roll. Did not do the desert bar!!!! Felt really good about myself plus I did not have that "over eating" bloat afterwards .

Up right now while DH is getting ready to head into work but may cat nap a little more and then get up with the kids. DS & I talked last night about trying to coordinate our exercise schedules so that we are getting in at least 4-5 days. He is trying to talk me into walking while he is jogging but I was actually thinking I may get the bike out this weekend and clean it up--would be much easier to keep pace .

Jen....I am in dt's girlfriend!!!
Lizzy..don't pack to far in advance...I think I tend to overpack if I start to early. Hope you get the rehearsal outfit figured out.

Okay..off to finish up DH's breakfast and then back to lala land!

Oh, we tried one of the apple-pears last night..it is REALLY good! Shaped like an apple, colored like a pear/golden delicious cross, cuts like a pear, looks like a pear on the inside but the flavor is totally unique. A little applish--but crunchy like a pear and has the sweetness of a pear. DH, DS, and myself tried it and we all agreed it was delish!!!!

Morning Girls! Hit the gym yesterday. I'm feeling it in my shoulders this morning and I'm glad about it. I'm 35 today and when I think about it I realize I've already given myself the best gift of all, the gift of good health! So that is what year 35 is going to be devoted too!
I'm going to allow myself to have some cake today because, i've noticed that my kids bought the stuff to make me a birthday cake. They are sweethearts!

Terry, Great job last night. I'm so proud of you! I'm thinking that alot of us are finding ourselves thinking differently and in all reality that's what we truly have to do in order for this to work.

Oh yeah, how did people like Idol last night? Really liked David Cook. Also loved Syesha and Carley. Felt so sorry for Brooke when she had to restart.
Wish Jason had a stronger voice, he could have pulled off Memory.

Morning Lizzy and Thank you! On another note I weighed in this morning at 229! So i've now lost a total of 13lbs woohoo!!!

Oh lizzy when I was at the gym yesterday I noticed that in the background was a belly dancing exercise routine going on. I may have to try that one day!

Good Morning Ladies.

I do not know how I am going to do this with working 35 mins from home and getting the kids where they need to be. No clue. I got Jess' schedule last night finally and I could just puke. Thank god my friend Rhonda said she would take them where they need to go, because almost all of Jess and Garrett's games start between 5-5:30. I probably won't make any of Jess' away games. By the time I would get there, it would be just about over....with gas prices the way they are, I am sorry if I will sound cold, but I can't see me driving straight from work to see her play for 10 mins.

Last night you should have seen me....I was soooooo stressed out too. Not good. I left work and got to the kids at 5:15...Jess then tells me she doesn't just have practice, it's a scrimmage. UGH. We race to the house so she can get her uniform on and gather her stuff, I can change, take Sasha out and up to the field for 5:30. As we are there, Garrett is in rare form not listening. He is finally (from what I could see) sitting nice with some of his friends when all of a sudden I hear an alarm.....he was playing around trying to open the window at the concession stand and set the alarm off. UGH I could have killed him. I made him go find the league president and tell him what he did and apologize (if they get charged for that alarm call, I want Garrett to have to work it off). Unreal. Needless to say, I was in bed by 9.

Second day of work went well. I like it and think I am doing a good job so far. I was told to start making the desk my own and put things where I want them. I think over the weekend I will go through the box I brought home from the old job and figure out what to bring to this new office.

Terry....rise and shine. BLAH! Bah humbug! hehe I did get up and do Firm Sculpted Buns hips & thighs. I think I am better to do sculpting in the morning than cardio. I never saw one of those pear/apple things. WIll have to look for them. Get the bike out and go to WAlly and buy a gel seat!

Jen I agree, time off the phones Ugh about Garrett. Bummer about not being able to make Jess's away games, but totally understand where you're coming from. Thank goodness you have a great friend that will bring them to the games. Glad day 2 went well @ the job.

Jen...glad you are liking work so far...as for the stress and running around, welcome to my life!! I promise you it gets easier--I know it is hard to believe--but you do get use to the drive and actually I use it now on the way home as my down time--just relax, breathe and forget the day at the office time! As for the running with the kids, all I gotta say is save up the gas $$.

Lizzy...the tag on the fruit just said apple/pear. Said it was a product of Chille. Have fun being away from the phones today!

I ended up getting back in the bed and tossing and turning for almost an hour this morning and then finally about time for the kids to get up and I go to sleep..I woke up @ 7:15 and the kids have gone and did not even wake me. I am kinda glad but then I hate that too because it makes me feel like a bum mom!

Oh gas jumped 10 cents a gallon yesterday from 9 am until 3 pm. WTF??? I get to the station on the way out of town (only one on that side) and I am dead on empty and they have all the pumps covered up except the premium..I had to pay a freaking $3.69/gal for gas. I was sooooo pissed off!! I think they planned that crap so that you had to buy premium or go all the way back across town to get to "their" other gas station. Ended up only getting $12 worth and we went into town (another one 45 min away from the 1st one) last night it was $3.39 so I got $30 worth. IT IS KILLING ME PEOPLE!!!!! I am getting like the guy on the news yesterday, buy gas or eat.....
