Morning everyone,
I'm up with the chickens and back to the grind. I took some time last week after the big tax crunch and now I'm back to the craziness.
Dh will be back to work today which will give me my house back, lol. He's actually been fairly well behaved for being as sick as he's been. I figured once he got a confirmed dx from the doc of bronchitis he'd be all well, like a sick man, but he actually seemed to be acting better. Who knew.
I've been trying on dresses for the wedding. Not pretty. Is there a way to lose 20 lbs in 5 weeks? Yikes. Guess this is the event pressure I need to get my butt in gear. So off to the gym for me today-cycling till I puke (Monday is a rough class) and weights. Have to admit I'm feeling a bit sad that I have no biggest loser to look forward to tomorrow

Terry-I had a friend who was a dancer...strongest girl I've ever seen. That stretching is invalueable though. Before I hurt my ankle, I used to do yoga pretty often, and that's how I always felt about it. I'd like to start again and see how much stability I have with the ankle.
