Good morning ladies! One of these days i will be one of the first to post LOL My foot is a little sore from my 5.5 mile walk yesterday. The park path is kinda slanted and i think it kinda tweaked my foot??? I plan to walk again today! I think we are walking a different path tonight so should not be so hard on my foot! I think that i may need some shoe inserts. Now if i could just find time to get to the foot doctor. Im kinda upset with my scale! It just is not moving. Its not like i only have 15 pounds or so to lose LOL I still have like 40! I have been told several times that i am looking way thinner so i think i may be losing inches. I also have not gone to the bathroom again in a while! Gosh this gets so old! And i did have too much sodium yesterday! Anyway, not really anything exciting here. Wind is blowing like crazy! That is one thing that sucks about spring in the mountains here in AZ!

Lizzy~ So glad that you are feeling a little better today! Hopefully that sticks. Not sure what the situation is with the ex. Is it a good thing or bad thing seeing him? LOL

Jen~ I think that you will still be able to find time to get your workouts in. I think that this time off has proven to you how important they are. I have faith in you that you will still be able to get them in. Do you have a truck? What about taking your bike with you to practice and you can ride in between? and wtg with the smoking! We are proud of you!

Nikki~ sorry your sluggish this morning. OMG i can not even stand to clean my house much less someone elses. When i had cancer the first time we did VA clean ups to help supplement our income and boy that was not fun!

Barb~ woohooo goooo ALI!! I was sooo excited. When i seen that Roger was voted back in i did not think she had a chance. He did look amazing! I didnt really get to watch much idol! I was too busy doing my taxes LOL

Sue~ I agree! If i worked out that hard for 8 hours a day i would be smokin hot too! I loved Britney! She is sooo pretty! I really thought that she would have dropped more weight! She did look amazing though! And BERNIE?? WOW he was the last person i thought would take home the 100k.. good for him. I liked him!

Emily~ So glad that you had a good time. We are headed to San Diego in June and to disneyland and i am sooo excited to go to the beach! We are going to have 3 families with us so i completely understand the different parenting issues LOL

Terry~ good morning! my husband said the same thing about Mark and the age thing. He does look much much older! Hope the family drama is all squared away.

Yeah I really don't know who has that kind of time to workout! Not me for sure! She is pretty motivated though, she is going to motivate me to do laps today! I'm surprised he didn't cry when he weighed! Good going! Are you doing any work today? LOL! I'm glad youre here!

I just tracked my new phone and it is in the "on truck for delivery stage" Can't wait!

Which means I better keep working since I'll be playing with my phone later! LOL

No I guess it is near Safford? It is in Thacher. I just know it's far! We've been as far as Globe, my grandfather was from there! The girls haven't been yet. I told her to wave to our relatives as the bus drove by! Just got a call that they just arrived! whew! Now to worry about them on the way home!

Jen ~ I love the gel seat I have on my bike! Or, I should say, had - I had TWO of them stolen right off my bike! And I got tired of having to carry the dang thing around with me! I think I'll have to get a new one this year though, my butt will get too sore!

Lizzy ~ I'm glad to hear you're not going to put up with the exes' nonsense!

Sue ~ It sounds like you're having a really nice day! I hope it turns out as well as it sounded.

Well the big excitement for me at the moment is bikes and bike trailers. I've finally settled on the bike trailer I'm going to get to pull DD around with, and all I have to do is cash her baby cheques and go get it! And a friend of a friend said he would tune up our bikes, so that's really great!! So I just have to go and get the bike rack for the car, and helmets for us all! I guess this is the way that the spring bug has hit me this year hehe. I'm going to have to get the bike rack for the car ASAP though, because the guy who's going to tune up the bikes is about to become a father (again) in about ten minutes! The baby has been "dropped" for a week already! Oh yeah - and his wife, who's going to have the baby, said she'd pick up a helmet for DD when she went to Costco this week because the only one I found had a stupid Disney Pooh head stuck on top of it and I hated it! So I thought that was really nice of them!

Soo....that's about it from my neck of the woods today. I have to get signed up for the charity walk I do every year, it's in two weeks and I haven't started raising pledges at all! I just don't have the excitement about it I usually do - I think it's because of the late spring. But it all goes to benefit our children's hospital, Ronald McDonald House and Candlelighters so it's something I care about, and I really want DD to grow up doing this with me every year too. They have fun activities for the kids after the walk is over so she'll have fun too.

OK, so now I've been sitting here for 45 minutes and I have GOT to get my butt in gear and be somewhat productive for today!
