I am not making a pledge for this week since I am still so sick. Hopefully when I feel better, I will just jump back in.

Hello everyone,
still going for my usual 5 days any more is great too
Jen- feel better soon
Barb- great job joining that gym

Sun 1 hr walk, 2.86 miles
Mon 30 min strider
Tues 17 min strider( didnt have much time) 30 reverse crunches
Wed 35 min walk
thurs 35 min walk
Fri 40 min walk
Sat yard work and 20 min walk

goal met, did every day!!!

I'm In! I'm gonna shoot for 3 days at least any day after is a bonus.

Sun.~ 55 mins. jog/walk on treadmill and crunches (DONE)
Mon.~ 30 mins. jog/walk treadmill & Turbo Abs (DONE)
Tues.~30 mins. jog/walk treadmill & Turbo Abs (DONE)
Wed.~
Thurs.~30 mins. jog/walk treadmill & Turbo Abs (DONE)
Fri.~
Sat.~

thanks guys! I love the gym! Man I thought I'd never say that!
Even though I couldn't move the next dat after that workout I went and worked out 30 minutes on friday!

I'm in for 4 days this week!

Sunday: 25 minutes alternating fast walk and running on the dreadmill; 20 minutes laps!
Monday: zippo
Tuesday:what did I do today? Oh forgot to work out! LOL
Wednesday: Laps in the pool today at least 30 minute workout!
Thursday:
Friday:
Saturday:

Let's move our booties!

So I actually did hit my goal last week but I didn't get a chance to get on and post the results!!!

Goal for this week. 5 days, nothing less than 60 mins per day!

Sun: 60 mins
Mon: 110 mins
Tue: 93 mins
Wed: 91 mins
Thu:
Fri:
Sat:

OK.....I am not posting a pledge. I just need to get back into the swing of things since being sick.


Tuesday........15 min walk with Sasha, Stability Ball 10 mins.
Wednesday....Biggest Loser Power Sculpt 30 mins, 5.5 mile bike ride 60 mins
