not much from me @ the moment. Got most of my errands done yesterday. Will try to take a longer walk today. Had a panic attack this morning(hadnt had one in a while) trying to shake it off and move on.

Jen- hope you get some much needed rest so you can go to the interview tomorrow.

Morning girls...WOW what a day yesterday...this is the same arena where DH got kicked last year so I was just waiting it out and praying yesterday but things went sour...had a flat tire 30 min into the trip and had to change it side the road (lovely with 3 horses and a trailer--NOT!)...it started to mist rain about 1/2 way there..got cold!!!!...finally got there and things looked great for the practice runs..BUT, when DD was riding her 1st ride on Sea, something on the saddle broke coming around the 3rd barrel...DH heard it pop as did a good friend of ours so both yelling at her "hold on, hold on"...she thought it was a boot popping off his leg and she swears she can't hear anything when she is out there so she turns him loose full speed and DH was yelling "NO...NO"..people are looking our way at DH and I am videoing thinking WTH is he doing and then it happens...as they are coming to the gate to come out full speed, the saddle flips..she goes with the saddle and he drags her a few feet before she flies off it and takes a hell of a lick on her left side. She was just laying there and of Sea was gone and people are yelling "catch that run-a-way horse" and DH & I are running too her and it seems like we would never get down there and somebody stops DH and tells him the horse is on the loose and he says "F the horse!" and shoves at them...we get to DD and she isn't moving but she was awake and wild-eyed but not saying a word. Our friend was to her first and he said she was making complete sense and said she was hurting bad....a girl that was sitting right where she flew into at the gate said she did NOT hit her head it was her shoulder and side that took the lick...so they would not move her for like 4-5 minutes and then she just kinda got came too and started to cry...she looks at DH and our friend and says "what is my time?"...OMG!!!! What is my time??? I am crying and shaking and another friend of ours is practically holding me up and I just could not help but bust out laughing. So she starts to get up and she says "man, I hurt bad...what happened"..girls, she doesn't remember anything past the point of hearing the "pop" and she says she told him to run, boy, run and then she says it is a blank until she saw DH standing over her asking her where she was hurt. She has a cut down her nose, a bruise in her hairline (she was covered in red clay--she had it stuck in her braces), a scrape/rash (like a rock rash) down the inside of her arm, couple of bruises on her side, a huge bruise on her hip and across her butt and a gash on her knee. She refused to go to the ER and we had somebody check her out thoroughly there so what does she do...rides again in 30 min and has the best 3 rides of her life!!! She placed 3 times on 3 horses. We left earlier than normal since she was really feeling it later in the show and took her out to eat. Gave her Motrin 800 last night @ 9 and she is still snoozing this morning. I swear it was one of the days where being a mom is a SCARY thing!!!!

Holy hell Terry!!!!!!! Well what was the pop? Was that her brand new saddle?

So I am still feeling like crap. Unreal. Better than I did yesterday though. At my mom's so help me I slept for 5 hours, got up ate a little bit of macaroni, and went home. Got home, let poor Sasha out, went upstairs and right back to bed I went......over 10 more hours sleep.

I have to go to walmart, even though I don't want to. I have quite a few things that I need. I also want to take a ride to see where this job is at.

Lizzy.....whats up with the panic attack?

Jen...no, haven't gotten the new saddle yet...it is the one we use every show--something broke off that holds the girth (part that goes under the stomach and makes the saddle stay upright and on)...not sure why it popped but it was leather and it broke slap in half?? Just an equipment malfunction! Oh forgot to mention, the horse went through the outside of the building, down the through the congestion at the concession stand and straight out the other end to our trailer and was just standing there when a girl & her mom got him that we know from home. They said the saddle was under him and driving him nuts but he didn't do anything fool when he realized they were going to help him by getting it off. Glad Jess' foot wasn't broke!!! Hope you feel better!!!! I am trying to get the video (yes, I have it on digital video) to work on my computer so I can send it to you.

Terry- OMG- can't believe what happened to DD. Hope's she fine.((((HUGE HUGS))) that place has some bad karma for you.

Jen- the attack was just a whole bunch of issues ganged up on me @ once & I was overwhelmed. I'm ok now, need to get that walk in
hope you're feeling better. I always try to scope out a place in advance too.

I hope you can get that video to work!!! You should if you go to Windows Media Player...;make sure you pick video in the selections.

I am emailing back and forth with Kevin who has taken to hardly ever emailing me anymore. Of course he emailed me because he wants me to play cash5. So I told him very nice....he doesn't email me to say hope you feel ok, or have a nice day, its play cash 5. So we are fighting back and forth online now. UGH. Just as well this way....I can't raise my voice! hehehe

Jen, I am getting errors when it tries to read the card...I can watch it on the camera and TV???? It is DS's camera and I am clueless and don't want to do anything to mess it up...YIKES!

Hmmmm. My guess is that he didn't download the software for it onto the computer. When you plug the camera into the computer, does it start to download everything or no?

I have to go get dressed and get in gear. I want to get to the store and go find that place and just get home and veg out the rest of the day. That new Super Walmart is not far from where that job is, so I will probably go there, although Jess is now in rare form, so not sure. UGH.

Jen...I finally got it...the software for the camera needed to be downloaded...I sent you an email with the video..let me know if you get it and can see it.
