Morning everyone,
It's been a busy week. I'd like to say I'm almost done, but I hit a few road blocks due to other people not doing things correctly, so I'm having to track down money and make adjustments for it. I hate this. I feel like I'm no further along than I was on Tuesday.
Food and exercise has been good despite schedule. I actually rode twice yesterday, so 2 hours total, plus a core workout and lifting weights. Getting to the gym first thing after drop off this a.m.
Jen-might not be actual sickness...detox? I remember dh got a good hacking upper resp thing, and the doc said it was the nicotine working it's way out of the lungs. Make sure you're drinking alot of water, more than usual, that might help.
WTG on the weigh-in's Lizzy and Nik. And honestly Nik, it might be actual weight...a big water weight drop usually happens when you go from eating poorly to eating well...you were already eating fairly well. Let's look on the positive side. I'm stuck solid at 167.5. Sometimes I swear this is just where my body wants to be right now-ugh. All I can do is keep building muscle, right. Eventually it wll all catch up. Supposed to hit the 90's from here on out here now...good thing I got my toes done this weekend
Going to watch a friend run the Ironman this weekend, and do some chores around the house, but other than that, it's still work, work, work. I'll be loving the paycheck next week I guess.
