Wow...this month is flying by!!! Last night was a huge success but a late night (which is a good thing I guess--after the meeting and eating, we had 3 families that just hung out for another 1.5 hours )!! I am pooped this morning...want to go back to bed but my feet and ankles are swollen and killing me. I am going to call my doc's nurse this morning and see if they can call me in some lasix. Don't know what is going on or why (other than the heat and humidity has kicked in) but somethings gotta give. I had a restless night of sleep thanks to the retention.

Guess what Miss Brillant did...I had bid on the same dumb behind DVD I had already won on ebay (bid on 2 at the same time) and won it too with my original bid. Guess I will resell one of them...I hate I was that stupid! Know next time to NEVER bid of the same item at the same item--lesson learned! Where was my freaking brain

Lizzy...didn't get in touch with the washer guy yesterday...he returned my call @ work but I was on the phone and he didn't hold very long and you just have to leave a message for him to call back ..oh, DS's book sold for $26 last night--crazy!!!

hired the sitter, nice person, very detailed. Had a good im session w/ my cousin that lives w/ mom and sis. Hadnt heard from her for sometime. @ least I know what I should bring down for the rehearsal dinner. Gotta start going thru outfits this weekend. Wonder how the phones will be today. Wasnt on the new system long, I was off the phones for most of the day.
Caught most of Idol last night, zonked out around 9:15. loved the fergie/heart duet. got that strider and water in, supposed to be nice today so may try a walk after supper. Rain for the rest of the week and weekend

Morning girls! Been a wild night of storms here. Luckily the house is still in tact! My mom called me late last night saying that her house and my youngest sisters house both lost windows. Be thankful it was just windows! The storms have been so wicked they are lucky. Momma cat our 8 year old got me up at 4 this morning freaking out over the storms. I'm not sure where she goes but she wants out and disapears when the weather gets this way. I'd sure like to know where she hides I may need it at some point! Luckily we just had winds around 65 and some hail. I haven't gotten to see if they creek flooded yet, not enough day light.

Well Guess I'm going to hit the shower and get my day started!

I am sitting here wanting a cup of coffee so badly, but I can't since as soon sat he kids get on the bus I am going for that blood work. Ugh.
I feel a bit better this morning than I did last night. Maybe this is just the meds getting into my system. Sue, you had asked if I tired Zyban...no I haven't. This is the first time I have asked the Dr. about anything to help me quit. I had asked her if she thought Wellbutrin or Chantix would work better and she said she wanted me to try Chantix that she is seeing a better success rate with it and I wouldn't have to take it as long as the other.

Terry.......doh on winning the same thing twice! Glad that the get together went well. Call that Dr. office!

Lizzy......Glad that you have someone to do that for you. Are they insured and everything?

April.....ugh about the storms!!!! Scary stuff. Sorry that your family lost windows, but luckily that was all it was.

Morning....Let the games begin...Mike willbe home soon, he's been away for a few days, he always comes home and bitches about what isn't done...UGH...maybe it will be different today (that's me in my perky, positive voice) lol...

God...I miss my coffee, but today is Day 4 on Jumpstart and I really do feel great, my tummy feels smaller and I'm very anxious to weigh myself, but not till tomorrow am.

Terry - I do believe that book is only available thru Prevention, I remember checking Amazon for it and didn't have any luck, I know the authors have been on Good Morning America.

I caught a cap nap for about 45 min. I surely feel better than I did. Took my b/p pill a little later than normal for me during the week--thought maybe that is affecting my fluid retention--taking it super early (4:30-5 am) after years of taking it around 7:30/8. Just a thought...may mention it when I call doc this morning.

Okay off to try to get in touch with repair guy...I REALLY need him to come tonight! I wanted to stay in town tommorrow after work to see DS & his date before the prom and get pics (you know the boys don't need mama's help to get ready beforehand) and we have a show out of town Sat and I NEED some clothes washed! DS took 2 baskets with him this morning--then calls me back and says "can you meet me at the laundromat"..CUTE!!!!

I'm back, well that wasn't as bad as usual, but it is amazing how in the matter of seconds one person can make another feel so utterly worthless!!! All he complained about was how I parked in the driveway and the fact that the light is burned out in the bathroom we hardly ever use...then he went on his merry way to work without a good bye or a kiss my ass...oh well....

Anyway, I have a school board meeting this morning, so I'm off to get ready for that...I WANT COFFEEEEE SOOOO BAD.....
