Tues...Whats on the menu????

have it all written out, but it's upstairs with cooper...be back with it later.

B - 1 c rice krispies
1 c skim milk
1/4 c sunflower seeds
2 tb raisins

L - 3 Oz tuna
sliced tomatoes
1 lite cheese stick

D - 3 oz chicken breast
1/2 c red potatoes w/ 1 tsp olive oil
1c steamed carrots

S - Strawberry smoothie, skim milk and strawberries, mix in 2 tsp olive oil

breakfast: english muffin: 1
laughing cow: 1
lite pepperoni: 2

lunch: lean cuisine broccoli/cheese potato:5
chicken: 2
salad: 1

snacks: canteloupe: 1
clementines: 1
banana: 1
yogurt: 2

7 left for dinner...
