I am hoping that my calf will calm down already when I am trying to jog. I don't know why the heck this is happening!!!!
We are supposed to have nice weather this week, so I hope I can get brave and start taking some of my exercise outside....maybe go for a bike ride at some point.
I am pledging 5 days again.
SUNDAY- Tamilee Webb I want those abs program 2 15 mins, I want those Buns program 1 15 mins
MONDAY-Bike ride 6 miles in 45 mins.
TUESDAY-OFF
WEDNESDAY-Treadmill 15 mins walk, 15 min jog, stairmaster 15 mins, upper body nautilaus 20 mins, stretching 5 mins
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-
5 DAYS PLEDGED.....2 TO GO!!!!!
