Default Move it and lose it....week of April 6th

Here is the new week.
The weather where I am is starting to get nicer...how about you? Lots of activity to be had outdoors......biking, walking, running, playing with the kids, yard work......alot of different activities to burn those calories!!!

Congrats to the following buddies who hit their pledges for the week:

Awesome job.

So think of your schedule this week and figure out how many days you can get activity in.

I am hoping that my calf will calm down already when I am trying to jog. I don't know why the heck this is happening!!!!
We are supposed to have nice weather this week, so I hope I can get brave and start taking some of my exercise outside....maybe go for a bike ride at some point.

I am pledging 5 days again.

SUNDAY- Tamilee Webb I want those abs program 2 15 mins, I want those Buns program 1 15 mins
MONDAY-Bike ride 6 miles in 45 mins.
TUESDAY-OFF
WEDNESDAY-Treadmill 15 mins walk, 15 min jog, stairmaster 15 mins, upper body nautilaus 20 mins, stretching 5 mins
THURSDAY-
FRIDAY-
SATURDAY-

5 DAYS PLEDGED.....2 TO GO!!!!!

Sun: working in the cane patch
Mon
Tues: dance blast solution
Wed: all my cleaning has to count for something!!!!
Thurs: washed the car and walked
Fri

Hello everyone,
knee feeling ok @ the moment. Prob no walk today since strained the knee a bit yesterday w/ the yard work. going for 5 days this week.

Sun- 35 min strider, another 30 min strider later
Mon 30 min strider
Tues 30 min strider
Wed- 30 min strider
Thurs 30 min walk
Fri none too many errands
Sat 30 min walk w/ brace

Hey girls! Missed last week by one day! Had a great water work out on Friday! Only did 4 days last week due to that stomach bug!
Will shoot for 4 days this week! Gotta busy week planned already!

Sunday[b]:Only 20 laps today but it was something at least!
Monday:35 minutes dreadmill 1.70 miles; 5 minutes rowing machine!
Tuesday:REST DAY!
Wednesday:REST DAY
Thursday:1 hour Strickly Strength Class! Kicked my bootie! Great workout! Whew!
Friday:
Saturday:

Happy sweating girls

I just needed a day of no workouts....meanwhile there I am doing the flowerbeds, cleaning windows, etc.
Today, however, I totally kicked butt!

I got kicked today! My gf wanted to try a strickly strength class! We didn't realize it was one hour long! Whew! Gonna feel it tomorrow!
