An hour of laps! Holy cow!!!! You go girl! I can't wait to start laying out in the sun again!!!! I am so white it makes me feel fat!

Checking in late for me..things were majorly crazy around the house this morning...DH was up and getting ready to farm, DS forgot he had golf this afternoon and was scurrying to get his outfit together, DD overslept (forgot it was not Sat?????) and I was sneezing and snorting and trying to get my ears to unclog. Slow day here at work--boss is out again!! WOO HOO!!! Basically doing whatever I want back here in my little corner of the world. Only have a couple of things I have to get accomplished before 5 and plenty of time to do it in...love these kind of days!!!!!

Well I am back from my workout. My calf is still hurting. I was on the treadmill for about 10 mins and had just started to jog when it started. UGH. Maybe it is my body rebeling against jogging! LOL

OK this is going to sound horrible, but I know I can say anything to you guys and one of you is sure to understand. You ever just have a feeling like something bad is going to happen? So help me I did not want Kevin to go on this trip. I was telling him all of this and I think I got him a little scared. LOL I don't know....maybe it's because I don't have drama going on for once. Almost like everything is so perfect right now and waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Allison......My shorts are going to NOT fit!!!! They will be too big by the time I get to wearing some!!!

Allison~ It will be on and off for an hour. I think I can use kick boards and hand weights! Love them! Gotta stop at the sporting goods first and pick up a swim cap! Going for the total swimmer's look today! LOL! My legs are so white right now they are glowing! Watch out!

Terry~ Hi girl! That's a nice gift for graduation. How about a Dell? We have three and one is a lap top (mine) I love them! Good prices right now also! Have fun playing in the corner!

Girls, DD is driving me insane!!!! The prom is tommorrow night and we have a hair appnt @ 12:30 but now she is wanting nails done this afternoon and a freaking spray on tan (she has $$ to pay for it all)..so I am rushing around this rinky dink town trying to get her in for nails but the tan is not looking good at this point. Has anybody ever done the spray-on??? I can probably get her an appnt for tommorrow before her hair appnt since we are going to a bigger town for that but I don't even know if it is worth doing??? HELP!!!!

thanks terry...i know it's a shock to my system. after binging on mexican food, captain crunch shakes and chili cheese fries-i'm sure the salads, fruit and lean cuisines surprised the hell out of this bod. i know they losses will be smaller after this-but it is encouraging that's for sure!!
