Hello everyone,
survived work, having some system upgrades we're trying to learn. The higher ups think it'll help us in the long run. We'll see. Cold still hanging on, but stuffy. Talked w/ mom and getting some stuff for the house for her this weekend. fingers crossed the weather cooperates so I can get some yard work done. Mom was ranting and raving about sis again, so need to hear the whole story. Really think she needs to get a full time job and get out of retirement so she can get some more $$ in.
Got the full exercise in today and trying the same w/ the water

Jen- enjoy kevin's brief visit. GL w/ the non smoking!!
Terry- ugh about the taxes. around here, people need prood of insurance coverage other wise they will get penalized on taxes(everyone has to have insurance in my state) so we are getting a lot of last min calls to get the forms.
Sue- hope it's less crazy soon. hope you can get on the bike for some stress release
Gina- so sorry to hear about your friend
Angela- whoo hoo about ex not contacting you, hope you have an ex free day today
Emily- sorry to hear DS was in pain. hope he's now feeling better
Cheryl- bummer that no one showed up!!! congrats on wi
Janna- sending all positive thoughts your way
Barb- yipes about poss being pta president
Sarah- sounds like a nice day today

alrighty now to chug a lug some water
Lizzy

I know y'all are already in bed...hours to go before I sleep.
Quarterly taxes, annual corporate taxes... I'm seeing numbers in my sleep at this point.

And then Saturday is the Jogathon...I've been washing and trimming 25 lbs of grapes this evening, haven't touched the watermelon yet...leaving that for saturday morning when we have volunteers around

Sorry Janna, maybe next trip. I'm living the mad mad life right now. I'll be chanting for a clean bill of health though.

Em-very jealous that you're going to the beach...miss the beach, won't be getting to NC this year because of the hiking trip up north I know I'll enjoy it... but I'm an ocean girl. Ds is not circ'd and has been fine. You know I'm crunchy like that, most of my friends kids are uncirc'd. My nephew in Oregon wasn't circ'd and he only partially detached. He got alot of infections and ballooning (when urine gets stuck under the attached area of the foreskin) which can cause phimosis...which is really painful. He had a circumcision at the age of 8. They gave him lots of pain pills, but he didn't really use them because the pain from the infections had been so bad, he was almost used it. The B**ch of it was that his dad fought my sil to the bitter end about having the surgery. Even to the point of suggesting a "partial" circumcision, which would have left him with half his foreskin. Now, that is ridiculous...I get that you might not want to subject your kid to surgery, but he has painful recurring infections which require intervention, and your idea is to disfigure him??? WTF. I never liked that guy to begin with, and that just drove me completely over the edge. Anyway, she won, he had a complete circ and has been fine ever since. Dh on the other hand has taken to calling his mom "the butcher" ever since he found out that men who still have their foreskin have even more "sensation", lol. Hope Mateo's pain passes. It should pretty soon. Ice packs on the penis baby...it will make a world of diff if you can get him to do it.

Ok, gotta get the kid in a shower. He got clipped near the eye with hockey stick in gym today...high sticking...grrr. He's a little clingy my poor baby. Nice shiner he's got.
Peace out,
Sue
