Default April Accountability Thread

This is just like the challenge thread,only it's 30 days.

Alot of people wavered off there, so I thought I would throw this up here and see who wants to join me!

Here goes the plan for April:

Exercise:
1-Treadmill 30 mins(20 walking, 10 running), Stairmaster 15 mins, Lower Body w/ weight machines 30 mins, I want those Abs Seg 1 15 mins
2-Treadmill 60 mins (12 running, 48 walking), Stairmaster 15 mins, Upper Body w/ weight machines 30 mins.
3-Treamill 15 mins, Bike 30 mins, Lower body Nautilaus 30 mins, Lunges, plies and dips 15 mins, stretching 10 mins
4-Winsor Pilates Advanced 55 mins
5-Tamilee Webb I want those Abs Program 2 15 mins, I want those Buns program 1 15 mins
6-Bike ride.....6 miles in 45 mins.
7-Treadmill walk 15 mins jog 15 mins, Stairmaster 15 mins stretching 5 mins, upperbody nautilaus 20 mins.
8-15 Min walk w/ Sasha, Stability Ball 10 mins.
9-Biggest Loser Power Sculpt 30 mins, Bike ride 5.5 miles 60 mins.
10-Walk 60 mins.
11-45 mins stability ball and resistence band
12-12 mins elliptical

I could hardely eat a thing while sick, but then I would feel hungry and eat. I didn't bother tracking anything during this time. I could care less if I lost or gained during it.......I am too sick!

I did not stick to the last one 100% but I am on a roll and plan to do better this time..

Hey I'm totally in. Computer has been on the fritz so I'm back!! WOOHOOO

Going for 20 days exercise Continuing my 80oz of water which seems to be more of a habit now So, my new goal is less sugar. If I eat deserts or snacks i'll be posting it here for the world to see!

Exercise:
1 walking 30 minutes
2No Exercise
3 No Exercise
4 Walking 20 minutes
5 Walking 45 minutes
6 No exercise so far just house work
7 30 minutes walking
8 45 minutes walking
9 No exercise
10 No exercise
11 resistence bands
12 20 minute walk
13 No exercise
14 25 minute walk
15 15 minute walk
16 resistance bands
17No exercise
18 went to the gym did almost an hour
19 No real exercise chased my nieces around all day
20 No exercise sick
21- Took annie for a walk 30 minutes
22- Hit the gym 30 minute circuit workiout
23- No exercise
24- No exercise
25-Gym 35 minutes
26- No exercise only house work lol
27- No exercise out of town. Totally lazy
28- No exercise
29- 30 minutes gym

Sweets:
April 1st had a small piece of pineapple cake. Scrapped off icing!
April 5th had 2 mini candy bars
April 6th had another mini candy bar!
April 10- Split candy bar with dd
April 13th- Had a mini fried apple pie
april 17 had small brownie
April 23rd- Had a slice of Chocolate birthday cake
April 24th- Had a slice of Carrot birthday cake!
29- small slice of cake

Hello all I am back and ready to get this weight gone. I am pledging at least 20 miles of walking a week and to workout at least 3 days. Food to stick to the low carbs and drink all my water. I would like to lose 20 lbs this month I was wanting to been done with going to Mexico but havent lost any weight in 2 months so maybe it is inches. So girls kick me in the rear when you feel I am slacking off.

I am in again.

Start Weight: 140.4
My pledge: To loose 5 pounds!

I pledge 5 days a week of exercise!

4/1: lame: I did 5 minutes on the RED, and then 30 crunches on the bean. My abs were killing me yesterday but I did the crunches anyway.
4/2: WI Down .8 139.6
4/3: Walked 3 miles in 45 min. and did 100 crunches on trampoline and did some light weights.
4/4 Walked 4 1/2 miles and did 100 sit ups.
4/5 Walked 3 miles in 45 minutes.
4/6 may rest!
4/7 walked 3 miles and did 100 situps.
4/8 walked 3 miles did 100 situps and worked arms
4/9 WI stayed the same!
4/10 Walked 3 1/2 miles and did 100 situps
4/11 Walked 3 miles and did 100 situps
