I think we're having a retirement party for a coworker today, if they come in, they've been sick the past couple of days. hopefully no food

Man I did not want to get up!!!! Cover your eyes Barb...............I need a coffee IV. No idea why. I went to bed at a decent hour.

OK....biggest loser......I was sooooo hoping that Roger would have been under the yellow line. I thought the girls did great!
I wish I had a personal trainer!!!!!! LOL At least there is one at the Y that I can ask a ton of questions. I had spoken to him the other day to see what he thought of my little plan that I am doing and he thinks it is good and that next week I need to up 1 more rep on each machine I am doing. So I will be doing that next week. Then the week after, I will see about upping the weight. Speaking of exercise....on tap for today is upper and lower then for cardio I am going to swim.

Jen..I really felt sorry for Dan last night..he was sooo sad looking and it was killing me! I thought the girls rocked last night!!!

I am getting dressed to head out to meet my mom and the kids at the mall this morning...have a 1.5 hour drive ahead of me. We are dress shopping for DD's 8th grade prom...(btw, she didn't like the dress I previously had gotten her off ebay)...hoping it is going to be quick and to the point, just not in the mood for lots of shopping and teenage drama today and don't have any $$ to spare either.

I just came back in from taking the kids to the bus stop.....you could hear sirens for a while before that, well then came the life flight helicopters landing on the top of the hill at the football field....3 of them.
One of my neighbors is the asst chief for fire dept...his wife told me it was a tractor trailer up at the intersection on top of the hill. It rolled and lost it's load...it had some coiled steel and one of the coils landed on a car. It happened at 7:15 and I am hoping it is not a car load of kids that was about to come down the hill to the HS or make the other turn to go to the Vo Tech. He said it was a car with 4 people in it. And the coroner was called.
UGH.

Oh god I am sick to my stomach. It was a carload of kids going to school. I am on the phone with one of my friends and apparently I know the kids and their parents.
Here is the scoop so far.....the trucks cab rolled and hit the car which then rolled onto its top, the steel fell off the truck and onto the car.

I am absolutely sick to my stomach.

we are back from FL thank God it was bad we stayed with my dad and his wife Never EVER again oy is all i can say.. on the way home stopped at KFC and hubby got Food Poising so Guess what I drove all the way home went through Atlanta at the rush hour lol couldnt get a toothpick up my butt i was so nervous! Ive never driven that before~

You nailed it when you said the community. This town is small....very small. The 2 names I do have so far are VERY popular kids...this town will just go nuts.

I wish the helicopters would stop with the hovering already....it is making my stomach even more in knots.

Oh God Jen, I'm so sorry. How incredibly tragic. My thoughts are with those kids and their parents. Always my worst fear that some truck is going to lose it's load on a highway or something. I hate driving behind those car trailers...always afraid one is going to come crashing down on me.
