Since Nik is still sleeping- ZZZZzzzzzzzzz

Br: Slimfast/grapefruit (260)
Lun: Veggie dog/bun (125)
Veggie soup (50)
Dinner: Veggie burger (140)
Veggies (60)
Mashed potatoes (150)
Snacks: Sk milk (80)
tangelo (50)

[935]-leaves room for another snack and some WW cheese on my burger...need to write down the cals for that.

Glad you posted this....I am about to start my food day.

Breakfast:
1/2 C Fiber One Cereal 0
FF yogurt 2
Banana 2
Skim for coffee 1

Lunch:
Flat Out 2
Turkey 2
LC Wedge 1
Broccoli Slaw 4

Snack:
Fiber One Bar 2


Dinner:
Boca Burger 1
Light Whole Wheat Eng Muffin 1
FF Amer Cheese 1
Progresso Pasta Fagioli 1 C 3



Ohhhh evening snack tonight:
1 Apple sliced 1
13 pita chips 3
Hummus 1




27/24....Earned 7 A/P's and I will eat a few of those.

Here goes day one of Detox!

Breakfast:9:15
hearbal tea
egg white omlette with sauted zuchinni, tomato, red onion and mushrooms and a sprinkle of veggie shred mozzerella cheese!

Snack:12:00
oatmeal
strawberries


Lunch:2:00
carrots
herbal tea
pizza (smash recipe)

Snack:
Banana mango smoothie

Dinner: (5:00)
taco soup

Dessert:7:00
strawberries and low fat plain yogurt


And 64 ounces of water and no coffee or diet cokes so maybe a couple of migaine tablets! LOL

breakfast: probably nothing except snack on fruit if I get hungry
lunch: ff ham/lettucs/tomato/lite mayo/hm bread
supper: slim fast
snacks: fruit
n drinking lots of water...lol
