Here goes day one of Detox!
Breakfast:9:15
hearbal tea
egg white omlette with sauted zuchinni, tomato, red onion and mushrooms and a sprinkle of veggie shred mozzerella cheese!
Snack:12:00
oatmeal
strawberries
Lunch:2:00
carrots
herbal tea
pizza (smash recipe)
Snack:
Banana mango smoothie
Dinner: (5:00)
taco soup
Dessert:7:00
strawberries and low fat plain yogurt
And 64 ounces of water and no coffee or diet cokes so maybe a couple of migaine tablets! LOL
