OK....I will add as I go:

Breakfast:

1 C Skim 2
1 1/4 C Smart Start 4

Lunch:
Broccoli Slaw 4
Boca Chicken 3
Whole Grain Eng Muffin 1
FF Cheese 1

Dinner:
Chicken and Broccoli w/ teriyaki sauce 4
Brown Rice 1/2 C 2

Snacks:
Orange 1Changed to Apple
Grapes 1
Fiber One Bar 2
Pita Chips 3
Hummus 1





29/24 I earned 7 A/P's, so I think I am going to have some Hummus and chips later too. We'll see.

B - 1 pc of french toast made with egg whites - 2
1 hard boiled egg - 2
sugar free syrup - 0
1/2 grapefruit - 1
and a crap load of coffeeeeeeee



L - 1 wrap - 1
turkey - 1
lc cheese wedge (my last one, boohooo) - 1
sliced cukes - 0
maybe the other half of the grapefruit - 1

S - apple - 1
cheese stick - 1


D - 1 cup pasta - 4
sauce with venison - 3
veggie - 0


S - popcorn maybe - 3


And I, solemnly swear, that i'm not diverting from this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I may sub almonds for my cheese stick, but THAT'S IT!!!!

Well-I did great yesterday at the park all day, so here's today, doing chores around the house all day.

Br-100 cal balance bar (I woke up ravenous!) 100
grapefruit (80)
[180]

Lunch: veggie dog on light bun (130)
veggie soup (40)
clementines (30)
[200]

Dinner:
Core cheesy chili mac (with veggie crumbles)
Not sure on calories, will have to figure them out while cooking.
broccoli/aspergrass and beets (80)
[500 ish]

Snacks ??
