OK....I'm ready.
In regards to my health and weight loss, I will spend the next while (as long as it takes to make them a habit) focusing on:
1. getting my 6 waters in a day.
2. getting to bed at a good time each night, around 10.45, and NOT fretting/thinking once in there!
3. getting at LEAST 3 servings of veggies each day (this is a starting point, I know I need many more servings!)
4. getting some exercise/extra activity in every second day, which I will record in my exercise journal, which I will print up and prepare.
....if anyone else would like to use the exercise journal I came up with, just let me know and I can email it to you. It's an Excel file, it's a chart with ten weeks listed on it, boxes to put the activity and other info in, and places to total up the time and points earned for the week.
