B - 1/2 cup plain yogurt - 1
1/2 cup oatmeal - 2
1 cup strawberries - 1

L - 1 wrap - 1
Turkey - 1
1 lc cheese wedge - 1
sliced cucumbers - 0

S - apple - 1
cheese stick - 1

D - ???

ok...so last night wasn't perfect but it was binge/pigout free

today will be better

breakfast: 100 calorie pack muffins: 2
peanut butter:2
wheat bread: 2

lunch: healthy choice steamer: 5
mixed veggies: 1

dinner: carne asada: 4
salad: 0
rice: 3
avocado: 1

snacks: tangelo: 1
banana: 1
