I'd also like to find a buddy or two to help me lose weight, but I've found this service to be superb for providing constant support.

It really does work like a charm and is currently offering a free trial.

Well my friends know they don't have to pay for that. I can call them and yell into the phone.."what are you eating" and that would make them stop.
