Hello everyone,
going for my usual 5 @ least even though still not feeling great.
Sun 30 min strider
Mon- even though still feeling icky got a 30 min walk in, also did 2 different sets of leg lifts(had a reality kick the other day regarding my thighs) 20 total lifts each exercise, each leg
Tues- 30 min strider,2 sets of 10 outer thigh and inner thigh leg lift( damn I need this!!)
Wed- same as above!!
Thurs- same as abv, leg lifts slightly getting easier
Fri- 1/2 mile walk @ beach in heavy sand (hurt knee in process

)
Sat- 35 min strider(still having problems w/ knee, was hurting when i was doing errands.) will try left lifts later.
