It's a new week and new chances!
Official start of bathing suit season is 2 months away. EEEKKKKKKK

Congratulations to the following buddies who hit their pledges last week:

I am pleased with last week. Heck I even messed up my schedule on Friday and did cardio even though it was a strength day.....I did both instead of just settling for cardio.

I am pledging 5 days again:


SUNDAY-OFF
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY-Firm Total Body Time Crunch 45 mins.
WEDNESDAY-10 mins bike, 25 mins leg machines, 5 mins abs, 30 mins. swam laps.
THURSDAY-30 mins bike, 35 mins upper body machines, 5 mins abs, 5 mins stretching
FRIDAY-Elliptical 35 mins
SATURDAY-Stairmaster 15, bike 20, 35 mins upper and lower body machines, 5 min abs, 5 min stretching[/COLOR]


5 DAYS PLEDGED.....PLEDGE MET!!!!!

Hello everyone,
going for my usual 5 @ least even though still not feeling great.

Sun 30 min strider
Mon- even though still feeling icky got a 30 min walk in, also did 2 different sets of leg lifts(had a reality kick the other day regarding my thighs) 20 total lifts each exercise, each leg
Tues- 30 min strider,2 sets of 10 outer thigh and inner thigh leg lift( damn I need this!!)
Wed- same as above!!
Thurs- same as abv, leg lifts slightly getting easier
Fri- 1/2 mile walk @ beach in heavy sand (hurt knee in process )
Sat- 35 min strider(still having problems w/ knee, was hurting when i was doing errands.) will try left lifts later.

Going for 4 again...

Sun: walking; 1 mile power walk
Mon: Rest
Tues: Below the Belt DVD
Wed: 1 mile walk with horse in tow
Thurs: 1.5 mile power walk
Fri
Sat: 5.5 hours of horsebacking riding

Hope everyone has a great week. I am pleding 4 this week as I have a pulled muscle in my calf...so I'll be taking a break from my running and doing some OTHER forms of cardio.

Sun.......60 min. stationary bike; 20 min. stairclimber; weights-chest, tri's
Mon.......40 min. stationary bike (so far); weights-30 min. back/biceps
Tues.....45 min. elliptical; 15 min. stairclimber
Wed......60 min. elliptical; weights-30 min. (tri's, bi's)
Thurs....30 min. stretching (for the calf muscle--still VERY sore) and floor exercises
Fri.......60 min, stariclimber; 30 min. weights (back, tri's, abs)
Sat.....55 min. treadmill (5 miles)

After a week of travel, I am back in the saddle again Don't fly out again until Thursday night. Count me in for 4 days this week:

Yeah...2 months away for the lot of you...but we'll be there even sooner, lol.

I made a spreadsheet this morning (of course) for meals and exerice. I'm in for 7 days this week. Here it is, directly from my spreadsheet:

Sun 16-Mar 20 min walk/100 situps (my starting point) DONE
Mon 17-Mar cycle 60 min 100 situps DONE
Tues 18-Mar cycle 60 min/Weight training 30 min (back& ch/100+ situps) DONE
Wed 19-Mar cycle 60 min/Weight training 30 min LEGS/100+situpsDONE
Thurs 20-Mar cycle 60 mi/100+ situpsDONE
Fri 21-Mar Walk around park all dayDONE
Sat 22-Mar Walk/Ride/Hike
