Terry~ That is what Easter is supposed to be... azaleas, dogwoods, etc... You are making me rethink our plan of staying here for the long weekend. We may have to travel South a bit. Nik~ Has Mateo been talking to Cooper? He was walking around the house this morning with a hunk of granola bar stashed in his cheek. I kept telling him to swallow it. Thought he had... apparently he just got tired of it(after like an hour) and spit it out since I just discoverd a "pile" on the floor. UGH! At least granola bar doesn't stain.

They were shocked by my response I think. The owner said he would call me Monday...he was going to talk some a few of his friends over the weekend to see if anyone needed somebody in their offices. LOL

Hey Em..I just posted a link to an awesome recipe website on the recipe thread... I have been looking at all morning ...some really great sounding recipes on there!!! Jen, Sue and anybody else doing CORE, FLORE, etc it has some core recipes on there as well as points.

Man that was sweet to do it without the kids!!!!!! Plus one of the errands was to get them webkinz for their easter baskets.

So Kevin had stepped out of the plant for a smoke and turned his cell on and got my text. LOL Of course he called and thinks it is great. Whew! I was a little worried about how he would react......his reaction was priceless though....."F&%# 'em....go online right now and file for unemployment" ROTFLMAO. Usually that is me saying something like that.

I am almost hoping that I can be off all summer with Kevin. But then again, I would probably kill him after all the togetherness. hehehe

Xan......I told them flat out once they told me I was laid off a big thank you. LOL hehehehehehehe

Woo hoo for Jen. Lol, what has it come to when we're cheering for people to get laid off. I'm pretty certain that the Dept of Labor will pay for your course. Definitely check into it.

DH just got a back up job offer back at Penn State. He's got a buddy that he was in grad school with back there who is running the show at one of the labs on campus, and he said that if something happens with Moto, there will be a job for him back there. Good to have in your back pocket, even though it would mean selling the house in a crappy market in what will most likely be an upside down sitch fairly soon, even though we walked in with equity, lol.

Oye...not getting my work done. Need to start. And now the lawn needs to be mowed before we get rain this weekend.

I am also looking at it this way.....if this would have happened to me 3 years ago, you would have had to peel me off the ground. My life has done such a HUGE turnaround. Oh man about DH job offer. Why couldn't that have happened 2 years ago!!!!!!!!!!!!
