Yeesh what a great accomplishment. That should definitely be recognized somehow. Really think WW should reimburse you if you do something nice for her. I'd prob quit too. Could you go over heads and speak to someone higher up???

Being that it is your friend, you should do something for her.
Now.....since I used to work for WW I am going to give you the corporate side of it.
First of all, your boss had no business offering money as an incentive to lose weight. TM's are NOT allowed to do that.
What she said is correct....what you do for one, you have to do for all.
By chance were you bought by WW International since that $$ thing? That might explain it.

That said....if you want to do something in front of all the members, present her with flowers. I never had anyone hit a huge number like that when I was a leader, but whenever someone hit goal I bought them flowers.

You know as well as I do, they do not reimburse you for anything you spend on the members.....

First off don't quit you are doing this for you! You can succeed. As for your friend first off let me just say WOW!! So proud of her accomplishments!

Now as for doing something nice for her I think that's a great idea. You can do this without WW's being involved directly. Just go in front of everyone and say that you know WW doesn't normally do this and it won't become a habit but you have a friend that you are so extremely proud of that you decided to do something nice for her but that you wanted the whole group to be able to share in it. Then present it to her.
Another thing you might consider is going to the members and telling them you'd like to do something special for anyone who hits 100 and see if anyone wants to help start a fund for this project. See if there are others who'd like to participate.

Anyways don't let it get to you be proud I'm sure she's not to worried!

OK...well she is your friend now. Do for her but not in front of the others.
You just explained something......you are a franchise and not WW International.......If WW found out about that $$ thing they would be PISSED.
I am sorry but, like I said that explains some things to me. Just some of the things you have said over the years and such, it seems to me that person has no clue what they are doing.

Oh it totally is a business decision.
When I was working there I was NEVER reimbursed for anything I did for the meetings. I always had give aways, always had recipe cards handy(I did a new recipe every week), funny props, and if someone hit goal I always did a tiara and a dozen roses.
