I sure find this site helps - reading others journal blogs and seeing how challenging their day is and how they got through it sure helps me*

some days it isn't in me to go for a walk and then I read how (ex Spring) had a busy day but worked out early in the morning inspires me. Keep up Journaling Buddies we are reading your success.
