Default Move it and lose it.....week of March 9th

It's a new week! AND we now have daylight savings kicked in.
Have you tried to incorporate anything new into your exercise routine? Add a little something in if you haven't...you might surprise yourself.

Weigh to go to the following buddies who hit their pledges:

Alright.....It's a new week. Before we know it bathing suit and shorts and tank tops will be coming out. Lets do the best we can so we look hot this summer!

I hit my pledge and then did one extra! Woohoo!!!

I am pledging 5 days this week

SUNDAY OFF
MONDAYStability Ball and Floor Work with weights 45 mins
TUESDAYElliptical 20 mins..
WEDNESDAY OFF
THURSDAYFirm Shape and Burn 40 mins
FRIDAYElliptical 30 mins & Stability Ball w/ weights 25 mins.
SATURDAY Wii Dancing with the stars 45 mins

5 DAYS PLEDGED.....Pledge Met!!!!

Sun - shoveling...I am counting it!!!!
Mon - 40 minute walk
Tue - 40 minute walk
Wed - 50 minute walk

Still going for 4 but may try to get something extra in!!! After yesterday's walk and DVD, I am pumped!

Sun: 1.5 mile walk
Mon
Tues
Wed: 30 min of Above the Belt with hand weights
Thurs
Fri: 1.25 mile walk
Sat

Hello everyone,
still playing it by ear w/ the new meds. Will continue w/5 days, most likely strider. knees still not great, going to try to do a few squats per day to get them up to par. Terry- I know you mentioned an exercise tape a while back, that would help w/ my space issue. Can barely lie down now, there's that much less room, plus cant do lunges w/ the knees.

Sun- 2 times strider total 45 min
Mon 30 min strider 10 squats
Tues 30 min walk 10 squats
Wed 30 min walk 10 squats
Thurs 20 min strider(ws getting a headache..AGAIN)
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 35 min strider

Pledge 5 this week. Good luck to everyone.

Sun.......60 min. jog outside (6 miles)
Mon.......40 min. weights (legs, chest)--at the gym EARLY this a.m.; 33 min. eliptical
Tues......NONE
Wed.....NONE but intend to do something THURS.; if at all possible.
Thurs....weights (back, bi's--30 min).; 45 min. stairclimber; 30 min. treadmill (3 miles).
Fri........elliptical-50 min.
Sat......28 min. jog (had 5K race to day).....
GLAD THIS WEEK IS OVER......I HAVE BEEN INJURED AND STRUGGLING BUT "GOTTER DONE!!!"

Work out 5 days this week and motivate someone

Sun - 60 mins strength training
Mon - 45 mins cardio
Tues - 45 strength 40 mins cardio
Wed - 55 mins cardio
