Hello everyone,
still playing it by ear w/ the new meds. Will continue w/5 days, most likely strider. knees still not great, going to try to do a few squats per day to get them up to par. Terry- I know you mentioned an exercise tape a while back, that would help w/ my space issue. Can barely lie down now, there's that much less room, plus cant do lunges w/ the knees.
Sun- 2 times strider total 45 min
Mon 30 min strider 10 squats
Tues 30 min walk 10 squats
Wed 30 min walk 10 squats
Thurs 20 min strider(ws getting a headache..AGAIN)
Fri 30 min strider
Sat 35 min strider
