Newbie needs Buddies

Hi everyone!

I just signed up for this site the other day and wanted to say "Hi!" I need some support in reaching my weight loss goals and I thought this was a good place to start. I'm not always too good with this whole forum posting and checking in type of thing, but I figured I needed something to keep me motivated. The nice thing is that this site is (knock on wood) one of the only sites that the company I work for hasn't blocked so I can check it at work, which might also help me to stay on track.
