Default Re: Move it and lose it....week of Mar. 2nd

With the elliptical moved upstairs, I have been getting on that the past few days. I love doing it, but I have to stop beating myself up that I can not do it as long as I used to be able to. I will get there again.
I am also really loving my stability ball while I watch TV.

So I am pledging 4 days again.....anything more is a nice bonus

SUNDAY-OFF
MONDAY-OFF
TUESDAY-Elliptical 30 mins!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WEDNESDAY-Stability Ball 30 Mins 10 mins Solutions
THURSDAY-Elliptical 30 mins
FRIDAY-Stability ball and floor work w/ weights 45 mins.
SATURDAY-Elliptical 30 mins!!! A BONUS WORKOUT!!!!

4 DAYS PLEDGED....PLEDGE MET!!!!

Jen
